Holiday rentals with beach access in Chrisi Akti

Marco's mother-in-law Sarra met us on arrival. She asked us to text her when we were an hour away. Then she sent a message 2 say that her husband had parked his car on the busy street to keep a parking space for us. That was wonderful! Sarra showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of info about the area/restaurants/ferries to Thassos etc. When we forgot that the key card needed to be in the slot for the electricity to work and messaged her about it she responded very quickly. She answered all our queries promptly. We loved the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was wonderful for relaxing on as well as for getting our clothes dried. Once we had moved the car it was impossible to get a space again in the street and we used the paying parking lot on the map which Marco had provided. It wasn't far to walk and cost only about €6 per day. We loved staying here and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Kavala to others.

Beautiful terrace with view, to watch sea during the day and stars in the evening. Dimitra is a very friendly and reactive host, we hope to come again!

Престоят ни в дома на Алекс и неговата майка мина много добре. Те са прекрасни хора, мили и добри. Всичко което пишеше в офертата е точно така. Стаите бяха чисти и подредени, всичко имаше. Гледката беше прекрасна. Пак ще се върнем при тях. Благодарим за прекрасното обслужване.

Ev sahibi inanılmaz ilgiliydi, her sorumuza anında cevap alabildik ve kendi evimizde hissetmemiz için elinden geleni yaptı. Tek problemimiz bölgesel su kesintisi olmasıydı fakat ev sahibimiz sürekli durum güncellemesi yaparak bizi bilgilendirdi. Bahçesi ve evin konumu gayet başarılı her şey için teşekkürler 🙏🏻

The apartment is wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. It is a place where you can immediately feel at home without missing anything. Even the smallest detail has been thought of. The place is very quiet and peaceful, but it is also very convenient for exploring the whole island. It is close to the central part of the city with restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Vasiliki's apartment. This is one of the best Airbnb places I've been to.

Thassos a daha önce2 kere geldim ancak sevgili thomi nin evi hiç araba çıkarmama gerek kalmadan her yere yürüyerek gidebilmeme fırsat verdi.. kız kıza yaptığımız bu tatilimiz bizim için çok güvenli ve konforlu oldu. Ev sahibimiz Thomi her türlü sorumuza hemen destek verdi. Tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle artık hep burada kalacağım !

Velmi pěkné místo, krásná velká terasa s výhledem na moře. Byt malý, ale útulný. Hned naproti dobrá restaurace. Pobyt jsme si užili!

Къщата е невероятна!Родителите на Леонидис ни посрещнаха с вода и сладкиши. Домът е изключително чист,подреден с много вкус и притежава всички удобства за незабравим престой. Намира се до тих и спокоен плаж, само на няколко крачки. Гледката от терасата към плажа ще помня още дълго време.Прекарахме си страхотно с моето пет членно семейство.Благодаря ви за чудесното изживяване. Надявам се скоро да се върнем при вас! Препоръчвам това място с цялото си сърце!

Am petrecut 10 zile liniștite in casa oferită de Zoi. Eu și familia mea ne-am simțit excelent în această locație care are o poziție excelentă în sudul insulei Thassos de unde poți să ajungi cu ușurință în toate zonele insulei. Recomand cu plăcere această locație. Comunicarea cu Zoi a fost impecabilă, iar când au apărut mici probleme, a intervenit prompt și în cel mai scurt timp a remediat ceea ce am sesizat noi. Am fost pe această minunată insulă de peste 8 ori, dar cu siguranță data viitoare când ne decidem să revenim în Thassos, tot la Zoi ne cazăm. Ca să înțelegeți cum a fost experiența noastră la Zoi, o să vă spun doar atât… ne-am simțit ca acasă…. și asta trebuie să vă determine să alegeți să locuiți la Zoi pentru a vă bucura de o vacanță fericită și liniștită! Îți mulțumesc Zoi, și aștept să ne revedem în curând! Cu drag, Emil

Karakteri ve tarihi olan bir ev. Belki bazılarına kasvetli gelebilir ama ailem ve benim için güzel bir deneyimdi. Antika eşyalar mevcut. Mutfakta sadece yağ eksikti. Evin taştan bir avlusu vardı. Kahvaltı için güzel bir alan var ama arılarla ilgili önlem almalısınız. Keşke resimlerdeki gibi bir zeytinliğin içinde olsaydı ama bu da yetti.

A great location. A few minutes walk from 2 different beautiful beaches. The house was spotless. It has a very sweet and well-kept garden. There is no parking problem. Christos and his father are very hospitable. They always gave us treats. We were very happy to stay in this house. I hope we will come back one day.

The place is amazing, and Anastasia is more than just a great host. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—or even better. We stayed for 9 days with our two children (a baby and a toddler) and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The garden is incredible—so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches and interesting sights. We’d be happy to visit Thasos again and stay at Grandma’s House in the future.

Locatia ete foarte buna, ai o mica plaja aproape si cateva restaurante. Camera a fost foarte curata, am primit tot ce aveam nevoie, iar Silvia a fost foarte draguta.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες ! Σύγχρονο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις , σε εύκολη τοποθεσία και με θέση πάρκινγκ , σημαντικό για μια πόλη! Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλικός και απαντούσε άμεσα ! Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα !

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The place was very nice and cosy.There is everything you may need for your stay.The apartment was very clean and Chrisa is friendly and very positive person.Its easy to park on the street in front of the building.The street is quiet and there are many parking spots.Enzo is adorable.Our kids really liked him :)

Wir sind das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen. Haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie hatte ein besonders bequemes Bett. Atemberaubend ist der Balkon mit der Aussicht. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergänge wie nur für uns gemacht. 😍 Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand. Traumhaft! Unsere Vermieter waren wieder sehr freundlich und doch sehr zurückhaltend. Bei Problemen (wir hatten uns einen Grill gewünscht) wurde sofort eine Lösung herbeigeführt. 😊 Wir kommen auch ein drittes Mal wieder hierher. Alles bestens!

Konstantina е страхотен домакин. Предлаганите от нея студия са много комфортни. Ние ползвахме студио за 4 човека (двама възрастни и две деца). Имаше всичко необходимо за прекрасна почивка. Най-много ни хареса барбекю зоната с автентичен гръцки камък и романтично осветление. Локацията е невероятна. Задължително ще ви посетим отново. Благодаря за всичко!

Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir unseren Familienurlaub in der Unterkunft von Vangelis verbringen konnten. Vangelis ist ein sehr freundlicher, kompetenter, diskreter und doch immer erreichbarer Gastgeber. In seiner Wohnung hatten wir alles, was sir brauchten. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und den Hafen des kleinen Ortes ist wunderschön und verbreitet Urlaubsfeeling vom ersten Moment an. Wir waren als Familie mit 3 großen Kindern und einem Kleinkind außerhalb der Saison. So war alles ruhig. Wir konnten vom Balkon aus die Kinder am Stand sehen. Der Strand ist optimal zum Baden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen gerne wieder kommen ! Danke Vangelis für alles!!
