Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Chora

The host met me personally and showed me to my villa. She was very kind and proactive on property. She recommended some good places to eat. This part of my visit (on Ios) I really just wanted a quiet place, close to the beach. It's a short 8-10 minute walk. I had a view of the sea which is always nice. Overall, I had a great stay here, and would definitely recommend this accomodation. If I make it back to IOS, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making my stay great!

Meraviglioso! casa in posizione strategica: 10 minuti dal paese, 10 minuti dalla spiaggia Livadi. Silenziosa, elegante, spaziosa, bellissima vista, ben fornita di tutto. Host gentilissimo, simpatico, ci ha dato dei super consigli. Questa casa ci rimarrà nel cuore! Grazie!!

Très bel endroit, isolé avec une vue superbe. La décoration est simple et de qualité. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de Gail qui est très attentionnée, réactive et sympathique. L’accès à la maison se fait par un chemin de terre et de cailloux mais ça reste praticable même sans un 4x4 ! Merci pour ces quelques jours dans ce magnifique endroit !

Séjour magique chez Georgios, dans une belle maison avec une vue imprenable sur la grande bleue. Nous espérons revenir ! Georgios est un hôte délicieux, qui nous a accueilli très gentiment, avec un frigo rempli de bouteilles d’eau et de rafraîchissements. Nous avions toujours de l’aide si besoin, des réponses à nos questions. La communication était facile car Georgios habitait une maison au dessus, sans que la proximité soit un problème. Iro, sa fille, a été très accueillante avec ma fille du même âge. J’ai eu très chaud un soir, car les chambres n’ont pas la climatisation mais seulement un ventilateur. Cependant, cela nous a plu car cette solution est plus écologique. Et on peut se rafraîchir sur la terrasse, sous les étoiles, c’est dépaysant ! Efkalisto poli Georgios et Iro

This home is a gem. We had the best stay here, the memory of which will last for a very long time. The location is perfect, the small private beach suited our family needs 100% and the easy access to the chora and port made it a fun stay for all. There are quite a few steps to get to the house, so only for those without mobility issues. But if the whole family is mobile, this is the place to be. We are very thankful for our stay and how well we were accommodated considering the size of our group. The style of the house and the art made it even more memorable. This is a home to return to!

Marousa and family were so welcoming and hospitable! Very friendly and helpful the whole time. They have breakfast and snacks available which was awesome in the morning. We were even pick up and dropped off at the port when arriving/departing making things super easy. We were able to leave luggage at the Airbnb until we departed as well. 10/10 would stay here again. Both Debora and Peter were absolutely incredible hosts. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our time in Ios, for my brother’s wedding. The location was ideal, with the most breathtaking views, the rooms were perfect, comfortable and so clean, such a lovely touch having the cleaner refresh the room each day. The photos quite honestly do not do the venue justice. We were absolutely blown away on arrival, and each day we had pinch me moments, when relaxing by the pool. Both Debora and Peter went above and beyond during our stay. Providing an iron when needed, but arranging at a moments notice for all our family to book into the bar the evening before my brother wedding, allowing all the family to see each other before the big day. We really cannot recommend this place enough, and we already want to plan our next visit. Thank you both again. Jess, Jack and Laura.

Sea and Sun 1 is a beautiful house near Milotopos. We had a party of 3 staying as well as working during our visit and the house was the perfect size for us to separate out when we needed privacy. The wifi worked well in most areas of the house and Maria even supplied us with a backup, if needed. The views and sunsets are unbeatable but you do need to have a car/ATV to get up the unpaved road (as mentioned in the listing). One thing to note: the bathroom in the master bedroom is quite small but the main bathroom makes up for it. Maria was very responsive and helpful with recommendations around the island. We would stay here again for future visits to Ios.

Notre séjour a été parfait! L’hôte est très accueillant et réactif, il nous a arrangé le taxi pour arrivé à l’airbnb et a répondu à toutes nos questions. L’appartement est très beau, dans un cadre magnifique et il correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Nous recommandons fortement !

Andreas fue muy amable, estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada, el lugar es súper tranquilo y no tan alejado del centro. Es recomendable tomar un taxi o un bus desde el puerto pues queda un poco lejos para llegar caminando. La estadía está ubicada en la parte alta de la isla. Sin embargo queda cerca del museo y del anfiteatro. Desde el lugar puedes observar unos hermosos atardeceres, con mucha privacidad. Lo recomendamos para quienes buscan una estadía tranquila en un entorno hogareño. Tomar en cuenta que dependiendo de la temporada el jacuzzi estará o no en funcionamiento. En mi experiencia el transporte público fue poco accesible ya que la máquina donde compras los tickets no parecia funcionar, y en general habían pocos buses disponibles; imagino que por la temporada baja. Durante el día la mayoria de comercios estaban cerrados, algunos cuantos abren despues de las 9pm, tomalo en cuenta si viajas despues del 15 de octubre.

Hugh’s place was my favorite in all of Greece. The personal pool overlooking the beach was my favorite part of this place. My wife and I booked for our honeymoon and had the best experience. Hugh is an amazing host and was so helpful with everything to know about IOS and to make it a great trip. Thank you again!

Questa casetta tradizionale di grande fascino è un piccolo gioiello. L'arredamento è semplice ma c'è tutto il necessario e l'atmosfera è davvero speciale. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa! La terrazza sul porto è meravigliosa in ogni momento della giornata, la spiaggia di sabbia dorata è sotto casa e dietro l'angolo c'è una caletta fantastica per fare snorkeling con scogli piatti e una scaletta per un facile accesso. Qui tutto è a pochi passi: un piccolo supermercato, un bar sulla spiaggia con ottimo caffè espresso freddo e un paio di taverne. Per raggiungere la Chora ed ammirare il tramonto c'è un comodissimoservizio autobus. Consigliamo il giro in barca con 'Nemo' che parte dal molo di fronte a casa e il bar Soulatzo nella Chora per apericena indimenticabili. Eva è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile.

We absolutely loved our stay! A beautiful and charming house. Clean, tidy and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and very comfortable bed! The hosts are great! Very generous and kind. Me and my boyfriend had a very romantic couple of days here and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Πολυ ομορφη τοποθεσια,πολυ καλο και το σπιτι!!Ολα ηταν υπεροχα αλλα αυτο που δεν θα ξεχασω ποτε ειναι αυτη η θέα που σε ταξιδευει!!

Από τα καλύτερα σπίτια που έχουμε μείνει στην Ελλάδα. Μένουν άνετα πάνω από 6 άτομα. Η τοποθεσία είναι όνειρο, με θέα στη Χωρα , φοβερή ανατολή ηλίου, ήθελα να το αγοράσω με το που μπήκαμε. Ο οικοδεσπότης ΦΟΒΕΡΟΣ μέχρι και σε ξενάγηση στην Επισκοπή του φορτωθηκαμε . Αν φτάσατε να διαβάσετε ως εδώ, μην πάτε παρακάτω : το σπιτι είναι ιδανικό σα χώροι, τιμή/ποιότητα, τοποθεσία, θέα. Κι επιπλέον φαίνεται πως αποτελεί κανονική κατοικια κι όχι εφήμερο ενοίκιο, ο,τι χρειαστείς για να μαγειρεψεις να πλύνεις κλπ υπάρχει 10 στα 10 από μας.

These two felt like I was back home, with the help they provided me throughout my stay in ios! The room was nicely sized and very clean throughout the whole trip, location was spectacular. Will 100% be coming back to ios and staying with them again.

The stay here was unique and unforgettable. Panagiotis and his wife are the best hosts you could wish for; they are attentive, always available, and make you feel like at home. The apartment is perfect, taken care of in every little detail, and super clean. The location of the accommodation is breathtaking, from the private terrace available to guests you can have a full view of all the islands around Iraklia, and you enjoy an incomparable silence and tranquility. In 15/20 minutes by foot, you reach the town and the most beautiful beach on the island.

Sikinos è un'isola bellissima e l'appartamento è ad un passo dalla spiaggia di Alopronia. E' molto spazioso e completo di tutto quello che può servire ad una famiglia. Un ringraziamento particolare a Kalliopi, due di noi hanno avuto un problema di salute, e ci ha fatto recapitare il medicinale necessario direttamente a casa! Ci sarebbe piaciuto fermarci dei giorni in più, ma torneremo sicuramente!
