Description: LUXURY HOUSE OVERLOOKING LAKE RZUNO The newly built wooden house is located in Dziemiany, surrounded by Wdzydzkie Landscape Park. The house, standing on a hectare clearing, is located on the edge of the forest with a beautiful view of the lake. The interior is made of wood. The house has two separate bedrooms with 2x2m beds, a bathroom with a large glass shower. The living room has a kitchenette: gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and necessary kitchen equipment. The living room features two sofas, a SAT-TV and a wood-burning fireplace. On the terrace there is a large table with benches and a comfortable recreational bed. Feel free to relax here!

Lake Brzeźno, 800m away, is great for swimming and water sports. In the garden there is plenty of space for recreation. There are chairs, tables, umbrellas, barbecue and fireplace and sandpit.

Guests have access to a parking lot on the property,Wi-Fi,bicycles,marina ,boat ,kayak. I have been visiting this area for 25 years,I love it for silence,clean air and beautiful landscapes.
