Luca è una persona molto precisa, disponibile e amichevole. Con la neve fuori abbiamo trovato l'abitazione calda e accogliente, e il posto molto bello. È andato tutto benissimo.

Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Great host! She welcomed us warmly and showed us the property. The swimming pool is kinda panoramic and quite big. We could also do barbecue in the evening :) Dogs are allowed in and this is a plus

Marco è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato indicazioni sulla zona e in quali ristoranti mangiare. Villa uguale alla descrizione, immersa nella natura. Ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Nous avons occupé les deux appartements pendant une semaine au mois d’août . Notre premier critère était de des trouver un logement pour 15 personnes pour des vacances en famille enfants et cousins . Nous voulions un logement confortable avec un extérieur pour les grandes tablées familiales . Et être à proximité de la Mer pour que chacun puisse être autonome à son rythme . En cela la villa Arzilla a été parfaite ! En plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et hyper réactifs! Même si cela reste secondaire Le style des appartements nous a beaucoup plu avec son esprit brocante vintage ! La petite plage accessible à proximité n’est pas paradisiaque il y a bien sûr des plages plus jolies aux alentours mais à nous elle a beaucoup plus car elle était notre plage quasi privée très peu fréquentée et aussi parce que nous avons pu y apporter tout le matériel de plage lits et parasol mis à disposition par Les propriétaires . Pour y être plus à l’aise je vous conseille de faire la connaissance de Mario le « patron » de la plage et de vous en faire un allié . Malgré son Apparence acariâtre il est très sympathique et il vous racontera son histoire de grand styliste et de grand nageur ! Bonnes vacances à la villa arzilla à la découverte de la magnifiQue région des Abruzzes !

Zusammengefasst: Grosse Empfehlung! Vor Reiseantritt war der Kontakt mit Paolo super. Sehr aufmerksam. Wegen einer Strassensperrung mussten wir früher anreisen. Paolo bot uns unaufgefordert an früher einzuchecken. Die Villa ist genial. Die Kinder haben sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Eigener Gartenbereich, eigenes Jacuzzi und riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Paolo war jeden Morgen da um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten war seine zuckersüsse Mutter immer vor Ort. Niemals aufdringlich - wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre und Freiheit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Das Bad und die Küche hätten einzig bei gewissen Fugen eine Auffrischung verdient. Aber alles war sauber! Dass nicht alles Geschirr bei jedem Neuantritt gereinigt werden kann, ist klar. Hier ein Appell an Airbnb Gäste. Paolo hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, Wünsche erfüllt und war mit seiner Mutter der perfekte Gastgeber. Für uns ein „superhost“. Anna e Paolo, un grande abbraccio!!!

Wir waren 2 Monate in Giselas Wohnung und haben es so genoßen! Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen und man hat den ganzen Tag das Meer vor seinen Augen. Auch die Terrasse ist besonders toll und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Internet war sehr schnell und wir konnten problemlos zeitgleich Video Calls machen. Um die Wohnung herum sind fußläufig vielen Cafés und Restaurants zu erreichen. Gisela ist eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch ewig geblieben. Wir haben uns hier wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit bei dir! Wir kommen wieder :)

Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sehr netter Empfang, Betreuung während dem Aufenthalt und Verabschiedung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, grosszügige Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das sehr nahe Meer. Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt und vermissen es bereits am Morgen oder Nachmittag auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und das Meer rauschen zu hören.

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Annarita è una persona accogliente e subito familiare, ci ha mostrato l'appartamento, ci ha dato consigli e dritte sul posto dove cercare e trovare il meglio, ci ha descritto il territorio e le iniziative durante l'arco dell'anno. ci ha colpito l'accoglienza del borgo e della gente che lo abita , tutti estremamente gentili e disponibili. La casa si trova vicino a tanti posti immersi nella natura. A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono sentieri e falesia per arrampicata, attrezzata quest' ultima molto bene. Poi con la macchina abbiamo raggiunto campo avventura ben organizzato, nei periodi di festa meglio prenotare dal sito. Ci sono nel paese un paio di bar che fanno anche da piccoli alimentari, vicinissimi alla casa. Poi al Balzolo si mangia molto bene. Le persone sono molto gentili ma non solo gli ospiti della casa ma anche le persone del paese. Quindi se siete alla ricerca una vacanza o do un fine settimana in natura e calma durante la notte questo è un posto che consiglio!

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

Mit ihren tollen Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und versteckten Highlights der Region hat sie uns echte Insider-Empfehlungen gegeben, die unseren Urlaub bereichert haben. Man merkt einfach, dass Pia mit Herz und Seele Gastgeberin ist – ihr liebevoll eingerichtetes Airbnb strahlt genau diese Wärme aus. Es war blitzsauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt – wie bei guten Freunden. Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre, super Aussicht. Ein paar grad kühler als am Strand und ein leichter Wind, so ließ es sich selbst im August Hochsommer super aushalten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Mega toller Pool mit Sprungbrett. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Ewa ist ein super Host! Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und bei allem sofort geholfen! Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht in Pineto. Die Fahrräder waren sehr hilfreich (wir hatten später einen Mietwagen), weil Pineto die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist. Danke!

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It looks even better than in the photos! Super peaceful & communication with the hosts was a deem. A little trouble with electricity but hey - it‘s rural Italy :) would definitely book again!

L’endroit est magnifique. L’appartement était très propres, bien entretenu et confortable. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine et la proximité avec les animaux.

Letizia und Piero sind fantastische Gastgeber! Sehr zugewandt, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Begrüßten uns alle mit unseren Namen. Erklärten die Unterkunft ausführlich und bemerkten mehrmals, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, daß sie sofort zur Stelle wären. Meine Tochter fühlte sich nicht gut und sie haben uns zum Hospital begleitet, danach noch zur Farmacia. Und das am Feiertag! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt, auch schon unseren Freunden von dieser schönen Unterkunft berichtet und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen! Grazei per tutto :)
