The communication was great from start to finish! First contact via AirBNB and total The location is a dream, the amenities and flair really good! We didn't want to leave.

We were there with a group and had a great time. The cottage has absolutely met our requirements. Everything you need is available. The view is outstanding And the whirlpool was our absolute highlight. We'd love to come back.

Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

Johanna's log cabin is a nice house with everything you need for a short break on the Irrsee. The rooms are a bit small, but there is enough storage space to accommodate everything and to be able to move freely. Beware of bed lengths and large guests (we overlooked this in the description, but it was still possible). The large kitchen is very well equipped. With us, a pan on the induction stove did not work and Johanna was there with a new pan within a very short time! 🙂 The living area and the large, well-equipped terrace invite you to relax. A mini minus for us was that we thought the house was right by the lake. However, there is a sports/football field directly in between. Was used only a little during our stay. The lake access is within walking distance and very pleasant and quiet with a small catering station. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay for us. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Had 2 great weeks. Many outings to do in the area (all within an hour's drive from the cottage) David's recommendation (walking to the mountain lake is definitely worth it!) and then it is wonderful to 'come home' to the cottage after an active day. The cottage is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly and there is plenty of space! Everything is available (kitchen utensils, television, games, etc.) Partly due to David's hospitality, we quickly felt at ease in the cottage. A plus was definitely the sauna. Definitely worth going here!

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The location was perfect for hiking and exploring Innsbruck. Antan was very nice and always easy to reach.

It was a beautiful stay and exactly what I needed to break away. The area was calm and quiet with a beautiful backdrop of the Alps right at your doorstep. Lisa & Pietra were really helpful throughout. I would definitely come back here!

Ute and her family were so sweet and warm. Always available . Helpful with everything you needed including leisure tips. The cottage was fantastically beautiful. The location as well. All in all a dream. We'll be back.

We had now been to the hut for the second time and were overwhelmed again: the view, the air, the animals - we would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you!! We will definitely come back :))

Super nice and quiet area, the evenings outside just beautiful. The cottage was exactly as described and very well maintained. The owners of the horse farm were very accommodating and child-friendly. The communication went smoothly.

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The views from the property are stunning. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

We - a family with two children (8,3) - spent 3 wonderful days in Mittererb and Pauline's accommodation. Pauline is an incredibly warm, attentive hostess. The accommodation itself is very clean, the furniture was mostly built by Pauline's son, who is a carpenter. The highlight for our children was the bunk bed and the wonderful and lovingly maintained garden. For the children, there were wild strawberries to snack on and in the raised bed there were various salads, kohlrabi and radishes to take freely. Pauline surprised us on arrival with a filled refrigerator and fresh bread from the local baker. In the kitchen, there is everything you need and more, and vinegar, oil and spices are also provided. Two different coffee machines including coffee are also available. Pauline herself is not only familiar with the area, but also a city guide in Salzburg and has many tips ready. It was perfect!

The facility was nice and cozy, communication was fast, and they were proactive in helping. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

Apart from the gorgeous and spotless living space, the hosts were extremely welcoming and outgoing. We were shown around the farm and invited to visit and pet their adorable animals. If you love hiking and a peaceful environment I’d definitely recommend booking this place as just a bit far off from the farm there is a great hiking trail offering views of Zell Am See right below. Supermarkets are within walking distance, as well as Zell Am See itself

Thanks for a great vacation! The chalet is lovingly furnished and is simply fantastic. A few small touches complete the arrival and stay. Everything is very clean and the facilities are excellent. We lacked nothing!

We stayed with Matthias for the 6th time and enjoyed it this year - despite bad weather - as always. If you love the peace and seclusion but also the simple, original life, this is the place to be. Matthias is a far above average host and person and it is always pleasant to see and talk to him. We will be back!
