Luis' apartment in Chiclayo is, without a doubt, a place that I recommend 100%. His attention as a host is exceptional, always available and attentive, which really makes you feel right at home. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay: a spacious living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two patios, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a washing machine. In addition, the area is urban, quiet and safe, ideal for resting. We will definitely be back with my family and our pets on our next trip. Thanks, Luis, for an unforgettable experience!

check- in super easy, place was clean, as described. it's a good option for an overnight stay. secure parking. also security at the developments entrance. it's a weird little setup though. this little wooden fenced off thing inside of a new development with mostly empty lots, a few buildings. doesn't even look like a house, so super easy to miss, even when you're very close to it. but inside is cute, and we slept well. overall a good overnight stop on the drive.

The stay was nice, which I liked most that we were with family including my pet. It is a very quiet and safe place. I recommend it. It's like being home!!!

The house is just like the photos, it has all the comforts of a house. Location is very close to the beach you arrive walking. The host was always on the lookout for anything we needed.

My stay was very pleasant. The facilities were impeccable: very clean bathrooms and kitchen, with towels, toilet paper and shampoo available, which is greatly appreciated. The kitchen comes with everything you need for cooking comfortably. The garage is spacious and safe, and the grill area is cozy for enjoying moments outdoors. The host was very kind, always attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Check-in and check-out were simple, without delays or complications. Overall, an excellent experience that reflects attention to detail and commitment to guest well-being. I recommend this property without hesitation.

The house is functional and beautiful with spacious spaces and well decorated as described in the publication, I love the kitchen with its large island and lighting, large play area and pool, also have beautiful pots with natural plants. The house is located in a quite quiet area, you have a winery close to get out of the rush. Everything is great!!
