Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Chiba

10 out of 10 best Airbnb we have been too while here in Japan for 4 people. We loved the extra amenities. Felt right at home. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends! Convenient location as well. We will definitely come back to this location again.

We loved staying here. It’s right around the corner from the bus stop. It’s also on a relatively quiet street at night, but still very close walking distance to food and some night life. We came with two young kids and forgot a stroller. Fortunately, the place had a stroller and other amenities for parents with young kids. Makoto communicated proactively and also provided very clear instructions in English and with pictures which helped us check in very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

This place was well worth the stay, easy to get to train station, supermarkets, bus stops, and local shopping. Food around this place good. It was nice to be away for the day to come back to place that felt very homey. We used the kitchen to make daily breakfast before starting our days. I would highly recommend this place especially if you're traveling with kiddos. We had our four year-old with us. There was six of us traveling together. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own beds Would definitely stay there again if I were in the Japan area.

Great stay and host was super responsive. I accidentally booked an extra night before we got there and they left us some money as a partial refund for that night.

My family of 5 had a great stay here! The house was clean and exactly as described in the pictures with plenty of room for us all to spread out. The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a great location close to trains, restaurants and attractions! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with my cousins for 6 nights, decent size apartment in quiet neighborhood. Pros: There are stores and restaurants nearby, we even found a night club. Easy access to Tokyo, the train station is a 5 min walk where you also can catch the bus to Disney and the airport. Space: having 2 bathrooms was a plus! Host responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We had a little issue but the host responded quickly and took care of it and even left us cookies for the inconvenience. Not really a con but should be known, the stairs are very steep like a ladder, takes time to get suitcases up and down. The stairs weren't too much of a problem for my party but could be for someone older or young child. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Un petit bijou dans un quartier très calme. Supérette à proximité ainsi que restaurants. 30 mn.des parcs Disney en voiture si ça roule bien. La maison est spacieuse et agréable c'est un endroit à recommander.

Great location close to the Skytree with a nice rooftop view. Comfortable, clean, and good for a party of 4--5. Is a little close to the train tracks if you're sensitive to noise, but it wasn't a problem for us at all.

入住很顺利，房间如描述般干净，地理位置十分优越，周围安静，但是餐馆，商场及地铁都在步行范围内，非常方便！

家族で数泊させていただきました。新築ということもあって、どこもとても清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。部屋ごとに少しずつ雰囲気が違っていて、インテリアもおしゃれで落ち着ける空間でした。 子連れにとってありがたかったのが、ベビーチェアやベビーベッド、おもちゃなどが揃っていたこと。荷物を減らせたし、子どもも飽きずに遊べて、親としてはかなり助かりました。キッチンや洗濯機などの家電も一通り揃っていて、滞在中のちょっとした家事もスムーズにできました。 広さも十分にあって、家族みんながそれぞれくつろげるスペースがあったのもよかったです。リビングでご飯を食べたり、夜は早めに寝かしつけたりと、生活のリズムをあまり崩さずに過ごせたのが個人的には嬉しかったポイントです。 駅からは徒歩圏内で、周辺にスーパーや飲食店も多く、滞在中の買い物や食事には困りませんでした。浅草やスカイツリーにもアクセスしやすく、観光と生活のバランスがちょうどよかったです。 ホストの方との連絡もとてもスムーズで、こちらの質問にも丁寧に対応していただき、安心感がありました。家族連れには本当におすすめできる宿です。また東京に来る機会があれば、ぜひまた利用したいです。

Super clean, love that it’s in a residential area which brings so much peace. It’s walkable to many restaurants, 7-Eleven, Family Mart, massage parlor, and it’s a 20 min train ride to all the fun things in the city. We even took the train & bus to Disney. Truthfully, I don’t think 15-16 people could comfortably fit, 10 people is great. Host was very accommodating, clear with all instructions and friendly! Definitely would stay again!

เป็นที่พักที่ดีมาก อุปกรณ์ต่างๆครบถ้วน อาจจะไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุนัก เนื่องจากต้องขึ้นบันไดที่ค่อนข้างชันเพื่อไปสู่ห้องนอนที่ชั้น 2 และ 3 สภาพบริเวณรอบๆ ดีมาก มีร้านอาหาร และซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต สะดวกต่อการใช้ชีวิตมาก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ ถึงสองสถานี Nipori เหมาะกับการเดินทางไป Narita ด้วย Keisei Skyliner ส่วนสถานี Nishi Nippori จะอยู่ใกล้ที่พักมากกว่า สะดวกด้วย JR Yamanote Line และ Subway -Chiyoda Line ทำให้เดินทางไปไหนได้ง่าย Yuga ดูแลดีมาก ตอบรับอย่างรวดเร็ว
