We are a group of 8 and all of us had a really good and relaxing time at Wave Villa. Joe and Chiyomi were very kind and helpful, proactive to make sure we had a good stay. The house has all the amenities as listed and everything was neat and clean. The sofa, beds and pillows are of high quality, we had a good sleep. Kitchen utensils, fridge, bbq grills, oven, etc. are all in good condition. We bought foods and drinks in a nearby supermarket and cooked in the house. For those who come with cars, there is a spacious & free parking lot right in front of the house. Highly recommended!

Scott and Noriko were extremely friendly and welcoming hosts. We loved spending time with the cats and enjoying such a peaceful and serene accomodation to end off our first trip to Japan! Would recommend to all

人間一人と犬一頭で宿泊させていただきました。散歩で海まで行くのにちょうど良い距離でした。 　キッチンがあるのでガスコンロもあると思っていたら、ありませんでした(写真通りでした)。 　電子レンジを使うのにラップなしで使用したら、庫内を汚してしまいすみません。掃除しておきました。ラップがあったらさらによかったですが、食器などは十分揃っていました。 　ペット同宿可で追加料金なしというありがたいお宿でした。ありがとうございます。

リピートで今回は学生時代の友人と訪れました。時期的に雨が心配でしたが滞在中は天気も持ってくれて今朝は少し晴れ間ものぞいてくれ相変わらず素晴らしいオーシャンビューを堪能出来ました。 施設も変わらずとても綺麗に整えられており気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。 今回一緒に伺った友人は初めての来訪でしたが部屋から見える素晴らしい景色に感動してました。 今度は家族を連れて是非伺いたいと言ってました。 オーナーも変わらずに色々と親切に対応して頂きホスピタリティに感謝します。 次は隣の浜金谷まで電車かバスで行ってロープウェイで鋸山の頂上まで登って下りは登山道を使い有名な名所の地獄のぞきや大仏や日本寺などを巡りながら施設の近くに降りる事が出来ると聞いたので是非ともトライしてみたいと思いました。 また近いうちに是非伺いたいと思います。 有難うございました！

九十九里浜の近くに立地し、静かな環境で滞在すことができました。宿の設備等は管理が行き届いており、快適に過ごすことができました。

とても清潔で使いやすく、良い部屋でした！プールも綺麗でした。

I was very satisfied with the apartment. The bathroom and kitchen appliances were clean and good quality, and the loft was more spacious than I thought it would be. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the train station, 7/11, and the Sendo grocery store. Shisui is close to Narita City and Sakura which are both good smaller cities to explore. Additionally, the JR Narita Line (JO) allows for a quick ride to Chiba City, Tokyo, or even as far as Yokohama and Kamakura. I think this apartment is a good value for people looking to explore Chiba Prefecture.

Great stay for our first night in Japan. Landed in NRT in the afternoon and needed a place close to a train station after a long day of traveling. Very easy to find and conveniently close to restaurants and a department store. The house had great amenities. The host reached out with all the info ahead of time and answered my questions. Thank you again!

Great location, easy to get around. Check-in was simple and quick. All the things that were promised were there. Comfortable place to stay!

Logement très fonctionnel et très bien situé dans Tokyo, juste à côté du Parc Ueno. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces quelques jours.

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

This apartment is tidy and well situated to access Disneyland. The hosts provide excellent detailed instructions for appliances and local transport. They were very helpful - I would definitely recommend them

The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows from the loft is beautiful. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and do nothing all day — just spacing out inside the accommodation is enough to feel satisfied

I would recommend this place and would stay here again if I have the chance. Harumi was very responsive and met me in person for check-in. She has taken care of everything and the place was very nice and clean and the view of the river is amazing!

the host was very responsive and kind. they were able to get us extra pillows, which was nice. the room was clean and the extra toiletries were awesome as well. the bed was a lot firmer than I am used to, but I think that's just Japanese style! Just a heads up :)

This stay was perfect! Comfortable beds, great space, kitchen with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The area was very walkable and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The station was also very close, which was great for getting around Tokyo quickly! Would definitely stay hear again.

Clean and Safe place. Very near the train, and a lot of restaurants and convenience store in the area. It's our first time in Japan and we did not had any hard time going to places. Miyuki is kind and always responsive and helpful. Thank you!

I love this place. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood and the room is sizeable especially for the standards in Japan. Only thing is if you don’t like the noise coming from upstairs as the walls are a bit too thin, choose the top floor. But it’s only accessible by stairs. Train station is closed by, convenient.

Highly recommended to stay in this location for your trip to Japan. Located about 10 minutes from the train station. The house itself is extremely clean and has everything you need - the dryer in the bathroom was a lifesaver! There are also a lot of nearby convenience stores, drugstores, groceries, and even a Don Quijote. The area is residential so the place is intimate and quiet. Also, the hosts are extremely easy to reach out to. They are accommodating and friendly as well.

Hironobu gave excellent directions with photos of exactly how to find the place. This was extremely helpful after a long flight and no clue how to get around the city yet. He was also very quick, less than 5-10 minutes, in responding. Location felt like it was in the Financial District, very quiet, but it was also very close to the trains to go anywhere, especially close yo Akihabara, 2 stops away, and Tokyo Station, and Asakusa. There are lots of bathrooms and showers too. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay!
