Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

We stayed at here as the location was perfect for the airport, and 30 minutes in to the center of Paris ( short bus ride and metro) The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The area was quiet and the local shop and bakery was only 5 minutes walk.

A perfect stay. Environment conducive to rest. I came to take an exam and I was able to rest. Pleasant city with nearby transport that allows you to get around quickly. Very responsive host who answered any questions I had. Not knowing the region at all, there were many 😀

we stayed for a week in an apartment located below Philippe's, we had everything we needed,bed made, bath towels, shower gel,dish towels... Philippe is very pleasant and discreet, the flowery and sunny garden. To sleep the neighborhood very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. So I recommend it.

A big thank you to Fabien who does everything for his visitors with an instant reaction. - the accommodation described is perfect, beautiful living room, large TV, beautiful bedroom with 160 bed and very good mattress, perfect bathroom with washing machine, small outdoor area, appreciable, nothing to complain about, but beware the tram t9 has a special price. The accommodation is small but practical, and Annabelle takes the time to explain the specifics of the accommodation, so no surprises. The cleanliness is impeccable. In case of high heat, the only opening is the door, it's ok because the access does not give directly into the street, but it must be taken into account. The bed is comfortable.

Nice little place. A bit far away from the city centre but accessible to the metro station line 7. Quite neighbourhood.

Perfect apartment! Good location, the city of Antony is a haven of peace, ideal accommodation for a stay in the capital, pleasant neighborhood. Everything is close by, very nice host.

My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

Reda is a very friendly host, helped us out with SIM cards when we arrived. He is always responsive. The place is very clean and great supplies in the kitchen. Thumbs up!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.
