Holiday rentals with a patio in Châu Đức District

The apartment is exactly as described. It’s very comfortable, modern and fully equipped and the sea views are beautiful. There is a good size communal swimming pool. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at this property. The location is quite isolated and a car or taxi is required to access any bars, restaurants or supermarkets which was the only disappointing point during our stay.

Great stay. Super pet friendly if you have pets coming with. The building itself looks a little scary and empty, but actually super safe and quiet.

the host is nice, the house is nice too. have somethings to improve the house equipment, but everything is good, we have a good day.

Incredible views from this gorgeous property! Our family loved staying here, kids especially loved the swimming pool and there was even safety swimming vests which was very handy. Location is wonderful and the home is beautiful, excellent value, we’ll definitely be back when we visit Vung Tau again.

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy's place, she's super helpful and quick to respond. The place is great and with beautiful scenery + seaview from the pool. Water provided with more extra to buy right from the fridge. Air conditioners are working great in all rooms and comfortable beds, good entertainment with the billiards pool & karaoke. In the night, we had some great BBQs, new grill provided from Thuy's. I am not sure if it's the weather or the ventilation design of the house but it's hot in the common area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay for our work-cation.

The apartments are located on the highest floors of the building, which allows you to get a magnificent view of the ocean and surroundings. Despite the noisy neighbors, you can't hear them at all in the apartment. You will fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. The door opens with a pin code that needs to be remembered. This allows you not to carry the key anywhere with you. The apartments have a chic balcony. Unlike other balconies in this building, it is equipped with a barbecue, a table, chairs and small armchairs. We enjoyed sunsets and evenings with a cup of local coffee. There is a public swimming pool on site. By the pool from 6-00 they sell coffee, soda and ice cream at store prices. The ocean can change the coastline by 50 meters due to the tide. At low tide you can find interesting shells, starfish, crabs and shrimps. We had a great rest and almost did not pay attention to the shortcomings.
