Villa holiday rentals in Châtel

We spent two peaceful nights. Everything was perfect when we arrived. The environment and the accommodation were as described, we enjoyed the functionality of the kitchen, the space in the apartment, the terrace for breakfast and dinner with the sunset. Finally, after parking our car in the private parking lot, we enjoyed Thonon les Bains, all on foot, counting 30 minutes for the thermal baths, the city center and the lake. We will keep this nice apartment in our favorites for our next stays in the area.

We spent a month enjoying this remarkable house perched on top of Lac Leman. The house is true to the pictures, very comfortable and superbly equipped. We were able to take daily walks along the lake in the Montjoux park right below the house. The local market and bakery were a pleasant walk away. The Conciergerie that handled the details was invariably easy to contact and helpful. Thank you!

We had a great stay for the month of January. The house is very large, clean and private. There is a small shop and excellent bakery in the closest village (Crans-près-Céligny) about a 15 minute walk away. There is also a very close bus stop and you can be in Nyon in only a few minutes. I'm sure the close location to the lake is very convenient in the summer!

Excellent week at Dominique's in a setting with a great view and very relaxing. We'll be happy to go back if the opportunity arises.

Thanks to Martine for letting us rent her lovely house! There was everything we needed, the house was also well clean and well organized with a functional kitchen and a large garden! Easy to access , easy also thanks to the lockbox everything was very well organized. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the port and the city center! With a 3 year old we were all able to walk during our weekend , we recommend it without worries and we will return on our next visit to Thonon les bains .

We had a great time in this very spacious and beautiful home. The setting and views of the entire valley are exceptional. The interior of the house is very beautifully decorated with paintings and works of which the artist is simply the owner of the place! The house is very functional and offers very nice services.

Great welcome and very nice house. Aurélie is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean and well appointed. The garden is very pleasant even if close to the busy road. We recommend it and will come back if we come back to the area!

The villa is fantastic. Its architecture, the furniture in its indoor and outdoor spaces are truly unique and fascinating. The location was strategic both for reaching Geneva and for visiting the lake and its surroundings. Nearby there were all the necessary services, restaurants, supermarkets, boulangeries, and anything you need. It was a perfect stay, to be recommended and to repeat. Bophana was kind, welcoming, friendly and efficient from the first moment. Always present but never intrusive. We'll be back.

The villa with the fantastic views and many seating options is perfect for large groups. The amenities and love in detail made our stay perfect all around. Only the flies are a pest in spring. But definitely recommend.

We were lucky to spend summer on lake Leman in Evelyn’s & MIchele’s house. It was a last minute booking, and hosts were kind and adjusted to our schedule. House is located in a closed private neighborhood with litteraly 1 min walk to private beach and pier. Area is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was smooth, not only Evelyn and Michele adjusted t our schedule the met us in person and showed us around. The house has 3 bedrooms – master bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It’s rather spacious and comfortable. The jewel of the estate is the pool. Very well maintained and well designed – it has everything you could possibly want, small shallow area for kids to play and swim, lounges, umbrellas. We were bathing every day without exceptions. Pool is fully automated. Area is walkable, but you have to walk a while – nearest grocery store & Boulanger in Messery (20 min on foot), nearest restaurants – 15-20 min one Messery or Nernier. All in all – amazing time! Thank you Evelyn!

Our stay at Emilie's beautiful lake house was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Emilie and her family welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, perfect for families with kids. The cozy outside living areas made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for our kids and a relaxing spot for us. The private beach was perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. We were able to use the "pedalo", which was always quite a fun ride. Emilie and her family were exceptional hosts. Overall, our stay at Emilie's lake house was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect family getaway, offering a blend of relaxation. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon. Thank you, Emilie and family, for an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Manoir. We were a little clan of three generations, grandparents , children , grandchildren and the chalet and the garden offered many places for gathering as well as many places for privacy , of each family , little groups or someone just wanting some quiet time for himself. From each window there are beautiful views, of the garden and the unspoiled surroundings ( trees, meadow of the neighboring farms , the village on the other side of the river…. The house is old but very well equipped and decorated with lots of original pieces of art combining local traditions with scottish ones…. It is full of surprises, there are lots of books in several languages, games and toys and three tuned pianos…. When there were some technical problems Alexander took care of everything as fast and as wholeheartedly as possible! Thanks again!! The house is not ideal for toddlers who just learned to walk or for very old persons- it has a-lot of stairs inside.

We had a nice time at Sylvie and Sébastien's house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for some agricultural traffic (apparently a main road or something). The house is completely screened so you have a lot of privacy. All the way through all the shutters and the gate. After a day in Geneva, it was really relaxing to cool off in the pool. Excellent view of Lake Geneva, very friendly and helpful and open hosts. Use of the entire garden incl. We really liked the children's cottage. The premises are ideal for two adults and 1-2 children. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would book it again right away.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Anastacia's house. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the whole family had a lot of space to spend time and relax. Kids loved the pool and the nearby beach. The location was excellent with two nearby grocery stores, easy access to the motorway, and many beautiful attractions, for which Anastacia and Peter gave excellent tips. Special thanks to Peter for being extremely helpful during our stay!

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

Very welcoming and very quiet house. Lots of things available for children and adults alike. Very welcoming host. We had a great weekend.
