Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Charbonnières-les-Bains

Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

Karine a été d’une gentillesse rare, super disponible et vraiment arrangeante (j’arrivais à midi avec mon chat, et tout s’est passé en douceur). Son appartement, tout petit mais tellement cosy, est décoré avec goût et contient absolument tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir chez soi. On sent qu’elle a pensé à chaque détail. Le quartier est calme et reposant, idéal pour un séjour tranquille. Un vrai coup de cœur ❤️ Merci encore Karine !

Notre séjour chez Marie s’est très bien passée, la communication a été bonne et le ses instructions claires. L’appartement est très propre bien agencé et bien équipé avec une superbe terrasse sans vis à vis. Quartier atypique avec multiples bouchons Lyonnais à très bons prix. Je recommande ce logement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Lyon. L'appartement de Philippe était parfait pour nous : paisible, confortable et reposant pour deux personnes après de longues journées de promenade. Philippe a été très réactif et attentif pendant tout notre séjour. Merci pour votre accueil !

Super logement à proximité de Lyon, accessible en transports (bus, tram ...). Résidence calme et jacuzzi génial et simple d'utilisation. Nous recommandons ! Merci à Antoine qui est un hôte réactif et très sympa.

Loved this airbnb. Lyon is a great city and the location of the apartment made it easy to explore various areas. Everything you need is very close by. Alain was super kind and helpful and a gracious host. The kitchen is very well equipped and would be a great kitchen to cook in if you have time. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. We knew about the stairs and took our time and did not have any issues. A/C was great since it was very hot during our stay and was so nice to have. Great location and the place was just so clean and very nicely decorated. We appreciated the coffee , snacks, juice and milk that was there for our arrival. I would love to stay again if I visit Lyon. Thank you !

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We had a lovely stay at Axel’s house. The place was super and very clean. Axel was very accommodating and helpful prior to our arrival as well.

The apartment was very nice. Quiet ‘alley’ - very safe. Very comfortable and presentation perfect. As noted from previous posts, the toilet is in an unusual place on the curve of the spiral staircase. We are Senior guests and we managed without a problem. Very close to theTrain Station. Up a small side street in town. Restaurants, Bars, Boulangerie, Patisserie, Supermarket, fashion shopping, beautiful buildings, History, etc. easy walking, Very friendly people. Emmanuel is very easy to communicate with. Recommended.

Séjour de 14 personnes pour un grand weekend. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la réactivité de Stéphanie ainsi nous avons pu prendre possession de la maison un peu avant l'heure prévue et ça a été très appréciable pour nous qui arrivions de loin. Le logement était conforme aux photos et au descriptif, très propre et fonctionnel, très bien équipé pour autant de personnes (ça n'est pas toujours le cas...) On s'y est sentis comme à la maison ! Le must fut la piscine qui nous a permis de bien nous rafraîchir en ce weekend de pleine chaleur. Weekend réussi pour nous. Merci encore Stéphanie

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Super séjour, hôte disponible, logement propre,accueillant et bien placé. On a adoré séjourner dans cet petit appartement.

L’appartement est parfait. Il est super bien situé à à peine 5 minutes d’une station de métro, donc d’un accès rapide au centre-ville. La terrasse est super . Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine très bien équipée. Les contacts avec Martine et l’accueil de Tina ont contribué à ce séjour parfait. Je recommande à 100%.

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end sur Lyon. la résidence est calme. Marie est adorable et très réactive.

We had a fantastic stay at Aurélie and Sébastien’s apartment! The unit is very clean and comes with everything you could possibly need. The location is close to the metro and right next door to a grocery store. You can easily access Lyon by car, bus or metro. The private parking was ideal, fitting our larger SUV in the garage without difficulty. Both Aurélie and Sébastien were very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided fans, to help with the heat in the middle of summer, extra pillows and umbrella’s for a day where there was a thunderstorm expected. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and for going above and beyond! We highly recommend them.
