Equipped with a kitchen / dining room, a bathroom / toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Quiet environment and possibility of secure garage.

This accommodation is close to amenities, 5 min walk to the pharmacy, grocery store, bakery, restaurant... it is located 20 minutes from St Exupéry airport, 20 minutes from Vienne Gallo-Roman city, museum, remains, jazz festival, amphitheater and 15 minutes from the A43 and the village of Marque in Villefontaine Nearby: Château de Septème, hiking, tree climbing, children's park (Bois des Lutins)

Ce logement affiche un style résolument unique. situer en face de l'étang de montjoux un cadre très jolie a la campagne au calme. Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il es attenant à la maison mais possédant sa propre entrée. l'appartement comprend une chambre. une cuisine équipé . une salle de bain avec douche italienne et wc. le linge de maison est fournis. 2 place de parking vous sont réservées ainsi qu'une terrasse couverte équipé d'une table pour 2 personnes.

Gîte

Located on the 2nd floor of a townhouse, the cottage is in the heart of the village, in a wing of the castle dating from the 13th century. The place was completely renovated between 2021 and 2023, to offer you a warm and relaxing stay. Linens, duvets and towels provided. Many games for all ages available. Pets accepted at an extra charge of €10. PRM: The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, there is a staircase to access the cottage.

New & quiet mini studio between city and countryside

Brand new 21 m2 furnished studio with parking space, right next to my home. Cozy & modern interior, consisting of a foldaway bed (built-in comfort mattress), equipped kitchenette: microwave, stove, oven, coffee machine... A bathroom with Italian shower with toiletries provided, as well as towels and sheets. The Space: On the practical side, the studio is 15 minutes from Lyon St Exupéry Airport, 30 minutes from Lyon Centre and 1 hour from Annecy.

Nice and cosy apartment

Beautiful and large apartment in a fully renovated farmhouse located in a pretty little village near the famous vineyards (Condrieu, Côte Rôtie, Croze Hermitage and Saint Joseph). This apartment is decorated with a lot of character and is located within a gated property with a large park. There is a nice private terrace facing south. Carpark included for one car It is therefore an ideal place for those who want to go green and seek calm.

Garden View Studio

Located on the ground floor of our house, the entrance is independent and it is possible to park a car. Duvets, mattresses (bed) and memory pillows (changed between 2021 and 2022). Linens are provided. Clean and carefully prepared accommodation. We offer wifi internet access, no TV. Quiet and bucolic space. The windows overlook the garden. The area is rather wet (ponds, regular rain). Air extractor and fan available.

Come and enjoy a peaceful setting and a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the Madonna de Beauvoir-de-Marc. A charming village where calm and nature meet.
