Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Charaki

It was a really nice experience from the beginning, communication was very good, Panos replied within minutes! The house is a real gem, perfect location! Privacy with a beautiful balcony looking at the see and you are also 1 minute from a really good small shop, where you can buy anything you might need and is also open on Sundays and non-working days. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Two minutes from the house you can also rent boats. From the balcony you can go down to the sea or walk directly to the village beach which was not crowded at all at the beginning of June. The house is spotless! Everything is very clean, the bathrooms are also really nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and also very clean. All appliances were working, no broken fridge or micro! Panos gave us a bottle of orange marmalade which was really nice and was also very delicious! Beds were also good and comfortable. Very much recommended, exactly as advertised with a very good host!

Beautifully decorated apartment with lots of homely touches. A great selection of food and beverages was provided. Dyonosis was there to meet us and was very responsive throughout our stay, giving us great tips on restaurants and sights. The housekeeper Mimosa was a delight and took our washing off the line and left it neatly folded. Highly recommended.

Wir haben ein paar sehr entspannte Tage in Leonidas' wunderschöner Unterkunft verbracht und können sie wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Alles war super sauber, modern und stylish gestaltet und der Pool war wunderbar und erfrischend. Leo und seine Eltern sind sehr freundliche, sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der persönliche Check-In hat reibungslos geklappt und Leonidas' Tipps sowie die kostenlosen Leihfahrräder waren Gold wert (-: Wir hatten den Bungalow Nr. 3 mit der tollen Terrasse und haben das gesamte Ambiente sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für alles, Leo!

From start to finish, the holiday we had in this villa was a great experience. Not only was the villa in beautiful condition on arrival, we also had a homemade cake ready for us as soon as we got there. Any queries we had were immediately met with great service and help from the owner, and the Villa matched the pictures to the tea. I’d like to personally thank Christina for the best holiday we could’ve ever hoped for, and wonderful memories made through every step of the experience. From abundance of facilities and leisure activities, I felt not only in awe of the property but a welcome guest. Would recommend this to anyone.

Merveilleux séjour avec ma fille et mon fils, dans ce logement confortable, calme et plein de charme. Très bien équipé, accueil très sympathique, malgré notre heure tardive d arrivée. Le petit jardin est un délice. Le village typique et très tranquille permet une immersion dans la vie quotidienne à Rhodes, tout en étant localisé proches des plages et de Lindos. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu visiter plusieurs coins de l île - toujours se très belles surprises (plage de Fourni en particulier, à l ouest). À recommander les yeux fermés pour l authenticité et l hospitalité de nos hôtes !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft! Wir bekamen viele hilfreiche Tips. Ebenso wurde uns bei der Wahl der Restaurants geholfen und uns wurde sogar geholfen bei der Reservierung. Unser Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und stets freundlich. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab genügend Handtücher. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig und dennoch zentral. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Bei einem erneuten Besuch auf Rhodos würden wir exakt diese Unterkunft erneut buchen.

Kyra's place is brilliant - it's in the heart of the town so ideal for the beach, restaurants, shopping, everything. The instructions were super clear to find the house. Would 100% stay again!

Es war unser 4. Aufenthalt in der wundervollen Casa piccola und wir sind aufs Neue verliebt in diesen so besonderen Ort. Der sehr großzügige und liebevoll angelegte Garten mit Außendusche, Hängematten, Sonnenliegen und Terrasse sind nur einige Gründe warum wir jedes Jahr zurück kommen. Anja und Konstantinos haben einen so herzlichen Ort für ihre Gäste geschaffen und führen dieses Airbnb mit so viel Liebe und Leidenschaft. Es ist viel mehr als ein Ferienhaus, es ist ein zu Hause. Zudem ist Stegna Beach für alle die es etwas ruhiger mögen der perfekte Badeort und ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge über und rund um die Insel. 1000 Dank an Anja und Konstantinos und all die wundervollen Menschen und Gastgeber auf der Insel. Super quiet stay in the heart of Lindos. You're two minutes walk away from everything and yet it's so quiet and peaceful in the room and on the patio. Bed is comfy and the hosts are super helpful and nice!

I don't even know where to start. On the first day our transfer had problems and Constantinos phoned them and drove us a bit. The accommodation was very clean and new, there really is everything you need. The location gives you a good insight into how people live there and you're not in the middle of normal tourist life. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away and lots of restaurants. The beaches are also 5-10 minutes away by car. In addition, you can easily reach many sights due to the location. He even helped us when we had a breakdown with our moped and picked us up even though he had to work. He responds very quickly and is very nice and helpful. His mother even made us Greek food on the penultimate day and brought it over. To sum up, the accommodation and its location, as well as the host, are great. For me, in the 3-4 years I have been using Airbnb, it was the nicest host and one of the best experiences and accommodations. A clear recommendation from me.

I can’t recommend this place enough!! The most stunning apartment with everything you need and more. It really felt like home from home. The apartment itself is picture perfect and Constantinos was the absolute perfect host. I had an issue and lost my phone during my stay during a hen boat party but managed to reach out to Constantinos and he went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything to not hesitate to reach out. I couldn’t have asked for more from him. The apartment was so clean and in the perfect location just off the main road that’s filled with plenty of bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Such good value for money. Very very responsive host, made sure I had everything I needed as I arrived later on in the evening and even did his best to offer me checkout as late as he could. Thank you again Constantinos for being so helpful and understanding. I look forward to hopefully returning very soon:)

We have just returned from 11 days at Kiotari. Athena’s apartments are in a great location, really close to the sea and so many lovely restaurants in walking distance. We did get a car for the majority of our stay, which helped to explore the island more. Our 4 year old really liked the water park and we all loved our trip to Symi island. Athena is a great host, very friendly and laid back but also quick to reply to any questions. We loved how quiet the location is, especially compared to some of the busier places in Rhodes. Our daughter absolutely loved the cats around the apartment and still talks about ‘fat cat’ daily. We had the best stay in Kiotari and can’t thank Athena enough for how comfortable and relaxed she made us feel.

Accueil chaleureux de la part de Filippos, avec corbeille de fruits de boissons. le logement (n 8) était parfait pour 2. Belle terrasse avec large vue mer. Accès direct à la plage par escalier. Salle d'eau impeccable. Ménage fait quotidiennement. Calme absolu à 500 mètres des plusieurs restaurants corrects. Prêts de transats pour se baigner au pied du logement. Douche de plage pour évacuer le sable. Excellent rapport qualité prix, d'autant qu'on vient d'arriver dans un second logement nettement moins bien et qu'on a un point de comparaison. Emplacement idéal pour visite sud de l'île de Rhodes. Une location où on pourrait revenir, ou conseiller à des amis.

Great house with great pool. Anything you will ever need in a great location. You will need a car for even go to buy gloveries. Quiet piecful and beauty full place. Great communication. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended ! Great apartment but on 4th floor so its steps up to the apartment which wasnt a problem for us at all but maybe for other people. Great views over the beach and sea. Great location with a five star review on trip advisor with friendly owners bar restaurant directly under the apartment. Beach bars just over the road outside. Lively bars just behind the apartment open til 4am ish. Didnt bother us at all but can hear music. Edge of the old town is say 15 mins walk, centre 25 mins. Easy stroll up there. Taxi and buses not far from the apartment so airport is very accessable 30 mins ish away. Taxi about €30. Evi is a great host and is always available on messages. We met her in our apartment on our way home. Very helpful with check in / check out times. Thank you Evi we had a great 6 days.

Amazing stay, everything went perfectly! fast check in and check out without problems. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need, close to all the most important points of Rhodes, located in a quiet area and with private parking. Wir haben uns von Tag 1 mehr als wohlgefühlt. Anthoula ist so eine herzliche, liebevolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war über die Dauer unseres Besuchs dank Ihr immer blitzsauber und äußerst gemütlich, die Bettwäsche wurde mehrmals gewechselt. Es wurde uns kein Wunsch abgeschlagen. Wenn nochmal Rhodos dann nur bei Anthoula! Vielen Dank für diese schöne, unkomplizierte und unvergessliche Zeit!

Super Appartement! Ruhige Lage und dennoch mitten im Geschehen. Wenige Meter zum Strand, zu Restaurants und Bars! Die Wohnung war super sauber, sehr gepflegt und genau wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Kommunikationswege einwandfrei. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür.

Wir haben uns hier zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach dem herzlichen Empfang haben wir auch immer wieder Eier und einmal sogar einmal einen Kuchen vorbeigebracht bekommen. Die Kommunikation war auf Englisch möglich und es gab immer eine schnelle Antwort. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft auch gerne weiter.

Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut gelegen in einem kleineren Örtchen. Strand direkt über die Straße. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat schnell bei Problemen geholfen.
