Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Sie wirkt bewohnt und gar nicht steril. Lage, Ausstattung und Gebäude vermitteln sofort das Gefühl typisch französisch unterwegs zu sein. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig, aber doch mitten im Leben der Großstadt. Wir waren zu viert da und haben alle unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Es gab gemeinsames frühstücken und viele Gespräche am Tisch. Und zwischendurch konnte jeder aber auch für sich sein. Abendessen haben wir immer wie echte Pariser gemacht, zweimal gleich in der Nähe der Wohnung. Bus und Metro sind auch gleich um die Ecke, diese schöne Wohnung ist also auch idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Also alles perfekt. Vielen Dank an Didier, dass wir seine vier Wände kurz zu unseren machen durften.

We had a great stay in Paris. Rodolphe’s place was just as described and very close to transport that we could explore Paris on our own. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the host Rodolphe, very responsive, flexible and prompt with replies. Hands down the best host I have experienced so far. Definitely recommend this place and Rodolphe.

This review must start with Amaury. He is responsive right away, never more than a few minutes. He's polite and patient whether issues are large (my doing) or small. The apartment is beautiful. The ambiance can't be captured by the (accurate) pictures. Everything you need is there, and no clutter. The appliances are top notch. The view through the large windows (which let in lots of light) has sky and rooftops, and overlooks the enclosed cobblestone courtyard. This is a 5th floor apartment in a classic Parisian building, but there's an elevator!! Amaury's instructions are thorough and clear. The area has lots of bistros and cafés, and is very close to the Louvre. Notre Dame and Ste. Chappelle are easy walking distance. I highly recommend this host and his lovely apartment.

My daughter and I had a fabulous time in Paris and Claudine’s space added to the enjoyment. It was very secure and very clean. Claudine was very responsive. She was also very helpful and sympathetic as we navigated a taxi strike making travel to the airport for our return flight almost impossible. With some luck we did make it.

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

I stayed one night before my flight. This is the perfect place. Last time I stayed at the hotel nearby. But Actually this place is much better than airport hotels !! So clean and so peaceful. I could walk around and found a beautiful park and a church ! Also you can take the bus to the airport easily. And one thing I went to the bakery nearby and so nice salesperson is there ! He made my last day of France !

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Notre séjour chez Frédéric à été excellent. Très Bien accueilli, appartement très agréable a vivre avec tout le confort nécessaire voire plus que ce que nous pourrions attendre.

Wonderful place and very helpful and quick to respond host. The only problem we had was with the WiFi, when we asked the host and looked online both said it was on the box. Despite looking for a long period of time we were never able to locate the WiFi box which was frustrating.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables à Vineuil. La maison est très agréable, au calme et avec un accès très simple à la nature tout en étant proche de tout. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez Noémie!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Kenneth dont la description correspondait point par point. Kenneth a, de plus, été très flexible sur nos arrivée et départ, je l’en remercie à nouveau. De gentilles attentions sucrées ont ravi les petites mais aussi les grands ☺️ Tout est bien pensé s’y sentir comme chez soi! Bref, nous renouvèlerons l expérience lors d un prochain Grand Prix Jeunes de golf dans le secteur ⛳️👌🏼

Couple avec 2 jeunes enfants. Nous avons passé 3 excellentes journées dans cette jolie et agréable maison, à l'extérieure comme à l'intérieur. Bien qu'à côté d'une petite route, il n'y aucune nuisance, c'est très calme. Nous avons fait tous nos repas dans le jardin à contempler le beau cerisier et à écouter les grenouilles le soir. La maison est décorée avec goût, très confortable et dispose de toutes les commodités. 5 mn de la Mer de Sable, 15 mn de Senlis et 25 de Chantilly. Une arrivée et un départ d'une grande flexibilité. Que du bonheur !

Agréable séjour au vert dans charmant gîte, accueillant, confortable, très bien agencé, à la jolie déco et près de nombreux sites à visiter et de balades en forêts : Crépy en Valois, Pierrefonds, Compiègne, Senlis...

Iteb est un hôte très accueillant et disponible. La présentation du logement et de ses équipements est claire et nécessaire. nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à proximité de Paris dans un cadre calme et reposant ! les installations de grande qualité proposées par Iteb répondent à tous les goûts ! The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

We just had the most incredible stay at Denis’s apartment in the Marais. The whole stay from check-in to check-out felt effortless. Check-in was easy and convenient, and I appreciate that he gave me the instructions in advance so I had no last-minute stress of figuring out what to do! Expectations were very clear, Denis clarified before even accepting our booking that there is no A/C, but even with the much hotter temperatures than normal for June we found the apartment well ventilated and comfortable. There was tons of space for two people, and having access to a washer/dryer was a huge plus! The apartment was also very clean and well maintained. Check-out was also a breeze, and throughout our stay Denis was not only responsive but proactive- he messaged multiple times to make sure we had gotten in OK and that we had no issues or concerns. Would highly highly recommend this Airbnb!!!
