Ахилеас е страхотен домакин, винаги усмихнат, посрещна ни добре и през цялото време беше на наше разположение. Апартаментът беше чист, има широка тераса с гледка към морето, леглата бяха много удобни и имаше всякакви удобства. Локацията също е много добра- близо до плажа и до центъра. Най-важното е, че домашният ни любимец беше добре дошъл и се чувстваше много добре. Бихме се върнали отново.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen und zur Ruhe zu kommen mit einem uralten Olivenbaum zum darunter verweilen, 30m vom menschenleeren Strand emtfernt. Toller Swimmingpool mit Abendbeleuchtung und Sprungbrett. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und seiner Familien macht diesen Urlaub unvergesslich!

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.

We highly highly highly recommend this place! This will be our new paradise in Chalkidiki ! The place has everything you need, it’s very clean, comfortable and totaly worth the price that you paid! It’s has very beautiful garden and convinient parking place. Our dogs really enjoy the surroundings and the place itself. We were very happy to stay there! Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Siamo stati nella splendida casa di Emmanuel per una settimana. La casa è funzionale, accogliente ed esposta in modo da godere di tramonti incredibili. Da tre delle quattro camere da letto ci si sveglia guardando direttamente il mare dalla finestra. Un sogno! Emmanuel è un host gentile e discreto. Ci ha fornito di tutte le indicazioni sulla casa e sulla zona… informazioni che sono tornate molto utili. Tutti i suoi consigli di spiagge, ristoranti e attrazioni sono stati preziosi. Un alloggio molto consigliato. Il modo migliori per visitare questa zona della Grecia. È bene avere una macchina a disposizione per spostarsi perché la casa è immersa in una splendida foresta (e quindi lontana dal frastuono dei centri abitati)

Yiannis, the owner, and his team go above and beyond even before your arrival to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

Çocuklu iki aile olarak çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Evin konumu çok iyiydi. Temizdi. Hem havuz hem denizden faydalanmış olduk. Eşyalar temiz ve yeterliydi. Merkeze ve denize yürüme mesafesinde olması avantajlı. Tavsiye ediyoruz 😊

Vicky’s villa exceeded all expectations and is hands down our favourite Airbnb stay-to-date. The property is in a very well-maintained private estate and surrounded by lush greenery and olive trees. With its elevated location, we were treated to spectacular sea views from sunrise to sunset and there’s plenty of spots all around the villa to enjoy these including the various spacious outdoor terraces and the balconies outside the bedrooms. The swimming pools (both the jacuzzi and the bigger/deeper lap pool) and the ping pong table were a hit with our kids. Most of all, what made this stay extra special was Vicky’s helpfulness in providing us with local tips, as well as her parents who warmly welcomed us throughout our whole stay. As we stayed towards the end of the season (Oct), we were also lucky to see how the olives were harvested on our last day. All in all a wonderful stay and a great base to explore Sithonia by car.

We had a great stay at Konstantinos's. The place was exactly as described. We had everything we needed. It is a perfect place to bring your small kids, cause it has a pool and you can spend the hot hours by it in the palmtrees shade, and the beach is really close by, a 2 min walk to the elevator that gets you down to the beach. The restaurants are up in the town, a 5 min drive from the location or a 20 min walk. Also you can find multiple markets, there is even a Lidl 12 min from Kriopighi. The place was clean, equipped with everything you need, the only downside was the wifi which couldn't reach in the bedrooms, but it wasn't such a big deal. Konstantinos was very friendly and happy to help. It is a beautiful place with many things to offer.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in the centre of Neos Marmaras. The view of the sea is pretty. Marini was very very helpful. He gave us good recommendations for food and drinks and places to visit. The communication was really good and friendly. We felt very welcome in Neos Marmaras. I would recommend this airbnb! It was also very clean. Comfortable bed and the balcony was great.

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Відпочивали сімʼєю на початку жовтня! Дуже задоволені перебуванням на віллі! Все чисто, охайно та уютно! Вілла укомплектована всім необхідним для комфортного відпочинку! Все відповідає тому як на фото, навіть краще! Шикарний вид з балкона на море, зелена, охайна територія, комфортні будинок та тераса! Господар завжди у всьому готовий допомогти! Задоволені відпочинком! Всім рекомендую!

Der Aufenthalt bei Katerina war wunderbar. alles hat gepasst. Wenn es uns wieder in die Gegend verschlägt, wollen wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.
