Charming and welcoming apartment with everything you need: TV, linen, towels, shower kit, kitchen utensils. Communication with Yoann was problematic. The city has a supermarket and a few shops, but for a wider choice of restaurants, it will be necessary to go to the neighboring cities.

Super small accommodation, very pleasant, very well furnished, every corner is optimized, furnished with care, you feel very good there. Quiet environment, beautiful view of the castle. The parking is a real plus, the small terrace allows you to sit quietly outside admiring the castle. Shops and restaurants nearby, everything is within walking distance. We recommend.

Welcoming and quiet accommodation, ideally located to visit the historic center of Vitré: medieval fortress, narrow shopping streets with remarkable half-timbered houses or beautiful stone houses. Beautiful walks to do: the ramparts, the banks of the Vilaine, the Pré des Lavandières... We were 4 people and for 2 nights in Vitre. The accommodation with a great backyard is beautifully located at the foot of the chateau directly on a small river. From the outside, however, it is not possible to see how tasteful and high-quality the furnishings are. Everything necessary was available and in a clean condition. Communication with Lany and the check-in went perfectly. Will come again anytime

Very nice house, well-equipped both inside and outside, quiet with a large garden. Good communication with Myriam and Gilles. The only small downside (but which did not concern us): 2 bedrooms that can be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility because of the miller's ladder to access them. Very good stay spent with friends.

We had a great Pentecost weekend. Very quiet, very safe accommodation with children who had a good time with all the outdoor games. The adults also enjoyed the petanque court and the barbecue area. The accommodation was very nice and suitable for a large family...The decoration - tastefully furnished - is warm , you feel welcomed there. The most was undoubtedly a kitchen ( and its utensils) suitable for as many people as possible... It happens very frequently when we rent a house and there are many of us, that the equipment offered on site is inadequate with the number of beds. Here it is not the case!!! Everything is done to accommodate guests in the best conditions. Thanks Oliver & Lalaina

Reservation for one month. Well located, the parking space is a plus. Bright, well-equipped and clean apartment. Recommended. Communication with the host is very good. Only small negative point; the insulation of the bay window in the living room, we hear everything outside but not inconvenient in the bedroom.
