Dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant, les amoureux de la campagne apprécieront le charme de ce gite confortable, situé à l’orée de la forêt domaniale du Perche, où se trouvent de nombreux monastères dont l’abbaye Notre Dame de la Trappe . This accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people ( 2 couples with children or a large family). The garden is equipped with a gas barbecue, a large dining table and a relaxation area with armchairs and coffee table and sun loungers. Two mountain bikes are available for walks in the surroundings.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
