Holiday rentals with a patio in Champagne-Ardenne

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans le studio d'Élodie et Anthony. Le studio est parfaitement équipé avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, tout était impeccablement propre et agréablement parfumé. Élodie et Anthony ont été d'une grande attention, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions. De plus, la localisation est excellente, à seulement 14 minutes des studios Disney. Nous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés !

Il est rare de trouver un Airbnb où il n’y a rien à redire, tellement tout est parfait de l’accueil, à la propreté, aux prestations, à la décoration… de nombreuses délicatesses tellement appréciables quand vous arrivez dans un nouveau logement 10/10

Wij hebben genoten van het comfortabele en ruime appartement . Het is prachtig en in een mooie kleurstelling gerenoveerd. Je loopt in 2 minuten naar het centrum, markthal en vele restaurants. Wij zijn een dag met de trein naar Reims geweest. Vlakbij het station kan je de auto gratis parkeren. Achter het appartement is ook een prima parkeerplaats . Bertrand en Daphnée zijn vriendelijk, behulpzaam en reageren snel. Als je Chalon en Champagne wilt bezoeken, is dit een prima plek.

Apparemment fidèle a la description. Extrêmement bien situé pour Disney et les magasins du centre commercial Val d'Europe. Il est lumineux, bien agencé et décoré. Les 2 belles terrasses sont agréables. Tout est prevu pour un accès facile et indépendant. Tres satisfaits, nous recommandons vivement.

Gislaine’s place is above the garage across from her house but the entire backyard is private & pretty & comfortable. A huge window overlooks that expansive view. She has a few chickens, cats and the place has a relaxed, groovy feel that is soulful and warm. We used her place to visit Fontainbleau and the surrounding towns so the peaceful setting was really nice!

Ideale uitvalbasis om de champagne streek te ontdekken. Super fijne locatie met direct handige winkels op een minuut afstand lopen, centrum waar we echt heerlijk hebben gegeten. Appartement was goed verzorgd, bedden netjes opgemaakt en er stond al water voor ons klaar. Contact met de host is super, reageert snel en denkt waar nodig met je mee. Dankjewel en tot een volgende keer!

Très bon séjour chez Delphine. Appartement accueillant, chaleureux. correspond à la description. Propre. Parfait pieds à terre proche de Disney. Lieu calme et sécurisé. Panier avec café thé pancake... très apprécié merci. Instructions très claires et précises. Nous retenons l’adresse avec plaisir pour revenir à Disney. Merci et bonne continuation :)

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig! De flexibele aankomst was voor ons een pluspunt! Het was een ruime woning die enorm gezellig was en prima verzorgd. We raden het zeker aan om hier te verblijven indien je graag wil gaan klimmen of genieten van de natuur!

Great location about 200m off the main business street so easy access for bakeries, restaurants, groceries, etc. but quiet.

Maison propre, atypique et chaleureuse dans une très belle région. Week-end parfait, les hôtes sont très sympathiques. N'hésitez pas à faire un arrêt chez Beauté Océane! Détente assurée, cadre magnifique. Nous gardons l'adresse au chaud pour un prochain séjour en famille ! 😉

Maison dans un bel environnement, très confortable, tout est prévu dans les détails pour que l'on se sente chez soi. L'équipement de la cuisine est complet et fonctionnel, la vaisselle et les couverts sont jolis, sobres, en parfait état et non disparates. Les pièces à vivre le sont vraiment, (particulièrement la véranda spacieuse), cette propriété est très bien entretenue. Nous recommandons vivement !

Geweldig, luxe huis op loopafstand bij Reims centrum! Je loopt binnen paar minuten naar champagne huis Veuve Clicquot. Het huis is van alles voorzien en erg ruim. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en voorzien met twee badkamers. De tuin is heerlijk en goed onderhouden. Kortom, pareltje in Reims!

Sylvia heeft ons verrast met deze prachtige airbnb: super schoon, alles was aanwezig en gezellig ingericht. Van de 2 koude biertjes die voor ons klaarstonden op de ( hele warme) dag dat we aankwamen hebben we genoten. Onze teckel was nieuwsgierig naar de kippen van de buurman en we hebben direct naast het huis nog kunnen wandelen in de prachtige natuur. Goed bereikbaar.

Stunning place, and the most homely Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in :) Completely spotless and it really has everything you could ever need. The garden is big and quiet, looking over the fields. Supermarket nearby. Easy parking and handy garage space if you’re coming with bikes or a pushchair. Overall we love it and Anja has been really responsive and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb close to Disneyland Paris! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful with local tips and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained, which we really appreciated as a family traveling with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy beds. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disneyland Paris, and situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We felt safe and at home throughout our stay. Een fijn rustig en prachtig modern ingericht appartement. Met heerlijke bedden. Grote tv met verschillende streamingsdiensten.. Alles was zo goed verzorgd met alle voorzieningen; volop zeep en zelfs een bruisend waterapparaat en aardige hosts. We hebben smiddags in het zonnetje ook gezeten en bij de Saueroever, op loopafstand. Van harte aan te bevelen.

Rongxin is amazing! She is very quick to respond to all questions, no matter what time you message her, she responded within minutes. Her property was lovely and roomy; all essentials and equipment were there for us to use. When we arrived, we had water in the fridge and biscuits on the side. The location is perfect if you are visiting Disneyland, just a 10-minute drive away. I would 100% book to stay here again. Thank you, Rongxin, for making our stay amazing!
