Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Champagne-Ardenne

Régine is een ontzettend aardige gastvrouw en het huisje is super. Schoon, leuk ingericht en authentiek. Mooie en goed onderhouden tuin. Zwembad is afgesloten met een hek, waardoor kindjes zonder zwemdiploma erbuiten gehouden kunnen worden.

Jai discuté avec Anthony au téléphone. Nous avons eu à faire a sa maman qui est tres accueillante,disponible, souriante et gentille. Beaucoup d'attentions nous ont ete réservées ce qui a été tres appréciable. Le logement est extrêmement propre et confortable. Nous recommandons a 100% et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Top ausgestattete, saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Außeneinlage/Inneneinrichtung. Checkin unkompliziert, später Checkout bis 17 Uhr möglich. Raymond und seine Frau waren super nett und kommunikativ. Definitiv empfehlenswert!

Een sfeervol 18e eeuws huis, gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. De tuin is prachtig, met allerlei plekjes om te gaan zitten. Er is zelfs een boomgaard en er lopen leuke beestjes rond. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk met een glas zelfgemaakte appelsap. Binnen stonden vruchtjes uit eigen tuin op ons te wachten. In de loop van de week zagen we Bernard en Faustine geregeld en dat ging altijd op een fijne manier. Een praatje maken in steenkolenfrans, het werd nooit opdringerig. Het was kortom een fijne week in een streek waar je niet heen moet gaan voor allerlei wilde attracties. Het is er vooral heel rustig.

Everything was fantastic, from booking the accommodation until check-out. Manon is a great host and replies to messages really quickly. Accommodation is great for families with kids. Kitchen is beyond well-equiped, everything you may need is there. Thank you Manon (and father), we will definitely come back!!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis chez Céline. La maison et le jardin sont très agréables, les enfants ont adoré la salle de jeux et ont profité de l'extérieur pendant tout le week-end. Le gîte est très bien équipé et confortable. Nous avons été très bien reçus et recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse.

Very cosy and comfortable country house. We were welcomed and received the proper information, and all doubts were promptly replied. Special place to stay, in the middle of woods, with horses, goats and sheep. Just a recommendation: you must consider this place only if traveling by car, as place is not close to big cities or downtown, but strategic if you want to explore cities nearby.

Logement identique à la description. Une vraie sensation d'un voyage dans le temps. Jordan a été super arrangeant, à l'écoute et sympathique avec nous. Nous recommandons évidemment ce super logement atypique :) Encore merci Jordan !

Jocelyne est très réactive en terme de réponse et flexible. Emplacement paisible et accueillant, stationnement simple. Bord de la Meuse agréable, beaucoup de sentier poir des balades agréables.

un excellent séjour, trop court pour profiter des activités aux alentours(venus pour le triathlon Champman). Si nous devons revenir, j'espère que ce logement sera disponible tant il était agréable

Beautiful spacious apartment. Extremely well equipped and perfect for our overnight stop on the way to Italy. Hadrien was extremely helpful in letting us in and assisting us with parking - the approach is quite narrow for our large family car, but all went smoothly thanks to Hadrien’s help. Auxerre looked beautiful - shame we couldn’t stop for longer. We will definitely hope to return next time we are doing the drive down to Italy.

When we come to Reims we always stay here. The view from the window is amazing at night. Host is very helpful with everything. Unique and historical building. Walk everywhere.

We hadden een heel fijn verblijf. We verbleven hier met meerdere koppels en kinderen. Alles was voorzien. Het is er heel proper. Er is heel veel ruimte en voor ieders wat wils.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Bruno et Stéphanie. Les hôtes sont bienveillants, accueillants et flexibles sur l’heure d’arrivée et de départ. Leur logement est confortable et moderne. Le spa ajoute une vraie plus-value au logement. Il y a également beaucoup d’informations sur les activités qu’il y a à faire dans la région. Et les hôtes nous ont même prêté des vélos ce qui nous a permis d’aller nous balader en forêt. Je recommande !

Was een mooie en fijne plek om met 7-volwassenen en twee kinderen te verblijven. Leuke kinderkamer met veel speelgoed. Ruim huis met twee badkamers. Alles was mooi schoon. Contact verliep vlot en vriendelijk. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Avons passé un formidable séjour à Kapla House. Maison très agréable, très bien conçue et aménagée, dans un écrin de verdure magnifique. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, nous ont donné beaucoup de bonnes recommandations et ont rendu notre séjour facile et très agréable. Déconnexion totale à 30mn en train de Gare de Lyon.

Fantastic family house in Champagne region! A real gem - has everything you need, is modern, spacious, secure and clean. Only regret was we should have stayed longer!

Check-in and check-out, as well as communication with Andreea, went smoothly. The house, pool, sauna, and garden were in a really good and well-kept condition. Due to the proximity to the next houses, there is potential for conflict if things get a bit noisy, however.
