Townhome holiday rentals in Châlons-en-Champagne

Olivia & Vincent's place was lovely and walking distance from the city center. Great for a big group with lots of space and amenities. Also walking distance from the train station. The only recommendation I would give to anyone staying there is if you have a tough time with steep stairs it may not be the location for you as some of the rooms require a bit of a climb. Other than that, it was perfect. And Olivia & Vincent were lovely...

Daniel and Agnès were great hosts, easy to communicate with and very considerate. The house and garden are beautiful, and the breakfast with fresh croissants, baguette, fruit, and homemade jams was lovely. The neighborhood is a bit less charming, but it's quiet, and with Uber you're quickly in the city center or out in the Champagne countryside. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

The place has everything you could ask for. It is conveniently located close to the town center but set in a quiet, pleasant area, which makes it ideal for both exploring and relaxing. It is also just a short and easy walk to the train station, making it perfect for getting around. The house is spacious enough for a family, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. David is very friendly and welcoming—he greeted us personally when we arrived and shared lots of helpful tips about the local area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Excellent séjour dans un excellent logement... Brigitte est une hôte très attentionnée, flexible (malgré une heure d'arrivée chamboulée) et sympathique et le logement est très très agréable (très bien placé, très calme, très bien agencé, avec une kitchenette et une SDB privées).

We had a fantastic stay at Paula’s place in Épernay. The house is in a great location, perfect for exploring the area, and was lovely and comfortable for our group of eight adults. Paula was a very attentive host and made sure everything went smoothly. The only small downside was that there’s just one shower (though two bathrooms), which was a bit of a challenge with a larger group—but it didn’t take away from what was a brilliant trip overall!

At the heart of champagne in a wonderful village. Charming and extremely well equipped townhome. You can walk to trails along the Marne river in just a few minutes. Highly recommend.

We hebben met drie stellen een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Naast het bezoeken van diverse Champagnehuizen en bezienswaardigheden, hebben we genoten van een BBQ in de mooie tuin. Ook dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de jacuzzi. Alles was schoon en mooi ingericht. Ik zou deze woning zeker aanbevelen.

D’une propreté irréprochable, jusqu a une agréable odeur de frais dans la literie tous les petits détails sont pensés pour un séjour sans encombre , maison coquette et cosy , très très agréable , voisinage ok Nous avons vraiment bien dormi , les matelas sont de très bonne qualité Un petit présent et un mot personnalisé nous attendais à notre arrivée Tout l équipement est fonctionnel et nous avons même profiter des ballons, fléchettes et j en passe mis à disposition Vraiment comme à la maison Hôte très réactive aux questions Un séjour que nous ne sommes pas prêts d oublier ! Tout ce qui est mentionné comme commentaire positif est vrai. Nous l’avons juste testé et adoré. Un grand merci à Audrey pour sa réactivité et le fait de nous avoir permis de disposer plus tôt de l’appartement vu qu’il était libre. Nous avons vraiment aimé l’endroit, grand, confortable et fourni de tout ce qui était nécessaire ( huile, sel, poivre, choco, papier toilette en suffisance, etc, etc ). On se croirait dans un décor de sitcom américaine. La terrasse est un plus également ainsi que le fait de pouvoir disposer de deux bureaux. Nos filles ont pu étudier dans de bonnes conditions. Nous qui adorons la cuisine vietnamienne, nous avons été gâté avec deux chouettes petits restaurants à deux pas (littéralement) du loft. Et pour les amateurs de kebab, on recommande Kebaba à 400 m de là. La meilleure viande de kebab jamais goûtée. Notre voiture est restée garée dans la cour en sécurité durant tout le séjour. Nous allions à pied vers le centre ville en 10 minutes. Un très bon choix !

Nous avions loué ce logement pour participer à la communion de notre petite fille. Bien situé au centre de SEZANNE, avec parking à proximité, près des commerces et des monuments. Le logement est agréable avec des grandes pièces bien meublées , une cuisine bien équipée, le seul petit reproche c'est une quantité de vaisselle disponible assez restreinte . Merci pour la boisson au frais et les cafés , thés et friandises mis à notre disposition.
