It was great, just like in the photos. The space is extra clean, tidy, and comfortable. The host was very helpful and anticipated our needs, we had very good communication. Overall the apartment left us with the best impression.

The house was in great condition, very clean and very good views. Right in the city center with all the shops accessible and only ten minutes from the train station. The owner, Themis, responded promptly to messages to help you with anything you need as well as his mother, Mrs. Vasso, who was very kind and willing to inform you about everything. I was very happy with my service and stay and I highly recommend the house.

The apartment is absolutely perfect. Anastasia was very helpful. And, most of all, you can't get closer to the sea than that. And the terrace...OMG...the terrace.

Superb! An amazing little hideaway by the sea. Nea Artaki is a gem as is Spyros’ apartment. He was an excellent host and we look forward to coming back to spend more time exploring Evia soon!

We had a great time! The apartment is right above the beach, overlooking the sea, really magical. The garden with the lawn and the beautiful flowers makes you want to stay there all afternoon to relax. Kitchen with all amenities, clean bathroom with hot water and excellent sofa and comfortable bed. Mrs. Flora helped us with everything we needed and when we arrived, she was waiting for us with a bottle of wine! We'll definitely be back!

We had a great holiday in this location, where we didn't miss anything. A welcoming, warm host, was at our disposal for any request. The apartment with all the amenities we needed, clean and with an extraordinary location. Basically ,from the terrace you enter the sea. And over all this .. the peace we need so much.

Cozy place and peaceful location! Felt like home actually.. Nathalie is very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate.

Very remarkable accommodation especially for families and large groups near the center of Marathon. Both the house itself and the outdoor areas will more than cover you. There is a supermarket and a fruit market nearby. As for Hosts, I have no words. Really welcoming and kind-hearted people. We have nothing but the best to say. We recommend it!!!

Our two-night stay at Christina's place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, right by the sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Christina herself is an exceptional host, making our stay even more enjoyable with her warm hospitality. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Very recommending place, Alexandra was super friendly and easy to communicate. She assured to be there for whatever is needed and the Listing is as you can see in the photos. I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed staying at Maria’s condo - the view was simply magnificent. The weather was not terrible but also a little on the rainy side - we still enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Maria recommended some restaurants in the nearby village, and they were all excellent. Last, one of our party fell ill for a short period- nothing terribly serious - and Maria’s mother - also Maria - actually brought her tea and rice to help mend - it was such kindness! Five stars across the board!

The apartment is much better than the photos. Really in a fresh renovated apartment that provided everything we needed. The cleanliness is exemplary really sparkling. The host was available, quick to all our questions, his hints ideal and discreet. Everything is within a five-minute walk. We'll visit you the first chance we get. Thank you for EVERYTHING
