Located on the edge of a small hamlet close to shops and surrounded by many hiking trails. Dining room/living room, equipped kitchen. One bedroom on the mezzanine with double bed and one bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Attached garden with outdoor table facing the view and barbecue.

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

The detached house is located in an old Morvan farmhouse and its 5000 m2 property. It consists of an entrance, a living room with a sofa bed, a small simple kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. It has an unobstructed view of the Morvan! For us, the best view in Morvan!
