Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cha-am

One of the best stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. The house is very large with high ceilings, amazing air conditioning in every room and two in the main living area. The pool is incredible with a super fun slide that the kids loved. There is parking with a sliding gate and large tvs in each room with Netflix etc There is no oven but a mini hob and a microwave and you can always use the grab app for food. A Seven Eleven is close by. Lastly the neighbouring people are lovely and helped us out when the battery on our car died. Belt the owner was so helpful and kind with regular cleaning of the house, she even helped with deliveries to the property. The house is about 30 mins from Hua Hin and Cha am is closer but not as vibrant. We loved staying here and again Belt the owner is great!

Facilities: Karn and Karn boasts a beautiful pool area that is perfect for lounging under the sun. The resort’s gardens are well-maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome.

5 étoiles ne suffisent pas pour décrire notre séjour chez Lucien. Anna a été merveilleuse dès notre arrivée et la maison est grande, propre, dans une résidence calme et fleurie. La piscine et la salle de sport sont parfaites pour les enfants. Et c'est situé à quelques minutes du bord de mer en scooter, 15 min à pied. Restaurants, centres de massage, boutiques, street food, supermarché, tout est accessible facilement. C'est vraiment un endroit magnifique, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Merci encore Lucien, Anna et Didier -qui s'occupent des invités- pour votre gentillesse et réactivité à la moindre question!

Door Rene en Phikul super ontvangen, bloemen fruit koffie en brood waren alvast klaar gezet en na de nodige informatie en uitleg van de accomodatie is ook nog warm eten voor ons geregeld. Gedurende 5 weken van ons verblijf heeft Rene regelmatig contact opgenomen of alles in orde was. Wat ook super was dat we uitgenodigd werden voor een brunch op zondagmorgen in een Zwitsers restaurant. Mijn vrouw zit trouwens in een rolstoel en hier was ook aan gedacht door een oprit te maken om eenvoudig het huis binnen te komen. Wat ons betreft waren we zeer tevreden en nogmaals bedankt. The house looks exactly like what advertised. Very clean, convenient. Really fun with the pool only real recommendations is another couch or more seating in lounge room for bigger groups other then that the stay was fantastic.

Amazing place. It is just as in the pictures. We had a great time! Fantastic hostess that takes care of every issues that night arise very fast :) Would definitely stay again.

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

Great airbnb. Location is great close to beach. Very quiet and well maintained

Мы арендовали дом для короткой поездки на выходные. Дом был идеален: джакузи, бассейн, гриль, 2 удобные кухни - внутри дома и на веранде. 3 спальни, 2 ванные комнаты. В каждой комнате кондиционер. Дом находится в тихом месте. На байках было легко добраться до достопримечательностей и пляжа. На территории большая парковка, можно уместить 2-3 машины. Заселение было простым, все вопросы быстро решались.

I felt like home. Extremely clean place, fully equipped kitchen. The complex is quiet and suitable for families with children. We stayed in this house for a month. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Hua Hin. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed perfect for relaxing. The private pool and garden area offer a great level of privacy, and the villa is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host and villa manager was smooth, and they were always available when needed. Highly recommended!

Wenn man zum ersten Mal in das Haus kommt, dann ist man ziemlich überwältigt. Große Zimmer, tolle Ausstattung von hoher Qualität. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Bing ist extrem schnell in der Beantwortung von Fragen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem WLAN. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten war das Problem behoben. Bing und ihre Mitarbeiterin Marina kümmern sich sofort um alle offenen Fragen. Die Kommunikation mit Bing ist freundlich und professionell. Ihr habt für einen angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt gesorgt. Wohnen: top. Betreuung: top. Lage: Auto oder Taxi (Grab) wird benötigt. Fußläufig gibt es nur ein Restaurant. Essen und Ambiente sind sehr gut. Das Restaurant wird von einem Schweizer geführt. Neben dem thailändischen Essen gibt es auch gute und bezahlbare europäische Gerichte. Nochmals ein großes Dankeschön an Bing und Marina.

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.

It was a perfect vacation house for a family. All 5 rooms had full bathrooms and they were quite spacious with ocean view. 3 min walk to beach was also nice. We had a few issues with house but they were taken care of on the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone coming to Hua-Hin for any occasions.
