Skadar lake is situated 1,5 km away from our location,and is famous for its beauty, and many possibilities and hobbies,such as canoeing,bird watching,boat excursions etc. The closest airport is Podgorica 24km away from us.

In the heart of the national park "Skadarsko Jezero" lies a secluded, incredibly quiet waterfront house. The area has one of the richest birdlife in Europe. The house was built in 2012, renovated in 2019. You'll find a cozy living room with a kitchen, dining table and a comfortable sofa with spectacular views of the lake and mountains. The 40m2 terrace invites you to rest and watch the wildlife and listen to the sound of nature. If weather is stable, a wooden boat is available to visit the lake

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

This wood cabin is standing on the top of our property. From this place you have the best view. At every side of the house you can see the mountains on there best. When you look at the pictures you can see that the two-personsbed is only available with a little stairs or you can sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. There is a place where you can make fire and make dinner on a bbq. The terras has a view on the river where we will serve breakfast every day from 1 mei till 1 oktober.
