Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

Alberto è stato preciso negli orari e descrizione, presente per qualsiasi necessità e prodigo di consigli su come passare pomeriggio e serata. L'appartamento è come descritto e molto comodo e funzionale. Penso che ci torneremo presto. Grazie Alberto

Accogliente, pulito e moderno. L'appartamento è concentrato ma completo di tutto. Letto comodissimo, divano letto comodo nella seduta e per dormire. Una piccola nota: una persona alta oltre 180 cm potrebbe andare scomoda a dormire sul divano (io sono sotto 176 e ci sono stato bene). La posizione è ottimale e strategica. Gli host sono eccezionali, gentilissimi, cortesi e disponibili. Per la nostra piccola famiglia sarà un nuovo punto di riferimento.

Siamo stati vicino a Roma per trovare amici che si sono trasferiti qui. Abbiamo trovato un alloggio che fosse abbastanza vicino a loro e ci serviva uno spazio fuori poiché abbiamo preso su il cane. La casa è grande e pulita, la cucina non l’abbiamo utilizzata ma aveva tutto il necessario, bagno e camera da letto ottime

The perfect Airbnb before an early flight out of Rome Airport. Lorenzo is an incredible and responsive host. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Easy to walk to get pizza and gelato. Highly recommend!

Nagyon szép, otthonos volt a lakás. Tisztaság volt és nagyon jól felszerelt a konyha. Az erkély nagyon hangulatos, jól jár kint a levegő. A környék csendes, békés, privát volt. Közel van a tengerparthoz a szállás és Róma jól megközelíthető vonattal. A házigazda kedves volt és minden rendben ment.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. The place is so cute, the location is the best possible, and Federica is incredibly kind and helpful. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon for the 2.5 weeks and we wished we didn't have to leave. If you are on the fence about this place, let this be your sign to pick it. You will not regret it.

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

As a family of five, we had a great stay in Laura's spacious apartment. Travelling by train, the apartment's location was perfect for us, having supermarket, gelaterias and pizza places around, the train station in walking distance and the bus stop close by to reach the beach. Thanks to the well equipped apartment, we had everything we needed - for the beach, for cooking...and if we had any question, Laura was there for us. The kids loved the pool and the gelaterias around and we the possibility to either spend the day in Rome or at the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Stefano est un excellent hôte, très accueillant et très réactif. Plein de petites attentions à notre arrivée nous ont fait très plaisir ! Stefano se plie en 4 pour que tout se passe bien, il aime le contact avec ses locataires. Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, très propre et fonctionnel. Le lit est super confortable. Compter 10 minutes pour aller à la gare à pied. Le train nous amène à Termini en 30 minutes environ. Pour un séjour au calme, ne pas hésiter à louer ce bien. Un grand merci à toi Stefano, et à bientôt !

Es un lugar tranquilo, pacífico y privado. Tiene lo necesario para una corta estancia. Facilidad de trasladarse a los lugares más emblemáticos de Roma. El transporte público está muy cerca

Highlight of a 3 week trans-Atlantic/W Mediterranean cruise which was throughly enjoyed, but ended on a special note with our stay and acquaintance with host and family. She offered private tour options in the area which could have included Rome. We opted for a cruise port pick up and a backroads country tour both days of our stay. She is so knowledgeable about the area history and took us to numerous off the beaten path sites that were nearly indescribable in beauty and history. Our last evening we had dinner in her home with her family and arranged to have her take us to the airport the next morning. There were numerous other options she could have provided but time didn’t allow for us to take advantage of. Would highly recommend her flat, small but well appointed and couldn’t have a better location looking directly out on the Sea and several restaurant within steps. Train station nearby to Rome. Thank you again to our host and family for a very special, memorable experience!!!

Soggiorno perfetto con jacuzzi romantico! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero ben. La casa pulitissima e curata nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera accogliente. La vasca idromassaggio è stata il punto forte: spaziosa, ben funzionante e incredibilmente rilassante, perfetta per un momento di coccole. Adorabile anche la TV orientabile, comoda sia dal letto che dalla vasca, ideale per serate cinema senza sacrificare il comfort. Il balconcino è stato una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per chi ama una pausa sigaretta senza dover scendere. Il letto era comodissimo e il parcheggio facile da trovare. Consigliatissimo per coppie che cercano relax e un tocco di romanticismo! Torneremo sicuramente. 🌟

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.
