Andres is a fantastic host and chef! I felt very welcome from the beginning, the room and the garden are fabulous and you should not miss out on having lunch and/or dinner at his restaurant (great vegan and vegetarian options)! The place is very clean and spacious, Wi-Fi is stable and everyone is very helpful and lovely. Next time I’ll be staying longer!

I've been hitting Airbnb's in Bolivia and especially in Cochabamba for five years now. I'm not afraid to say that Natalia's and her lovely family's "duplex" house is the best place I've been so far. Big, double floor, clean, comfortable, well equipped. I felt at home. Indeed, I extended my stay of a week. Although a bit dark in the afternoon, I used the dining room to work in the afternoon and the comfy living room to relax in the evening. Communication with Natalia was fast and stable. She also helped out with a couple requested I made. The location is unbeatable. I hope I'll find this Airbnb available next time I come around Cocha!

Mirian is a wonderful host who is really welcoming, friendly and has thought of everything to accommodate guests. The property is private and spacious and really well designed. I felt right at home here. The centre of Cochabamba is an inexpensive taxi ride away.

Todo fue perfecto en el departamento, no había ningún problema con el portero ni las otras personas en el edificio. Carlos contestó todas mis preguntas y estaba muy atento a mis mensajes. Un lugar limpio, bonito, y cerca del Parque Fidel Anze que tiene restaurantes y cafés, y es tranquilo.

Vue magnifique et terasse agréable,lit très confortable. Une cafetière et un peu plus de vaisselle serait bienvenu.

L'appartement proposé par Guillermo est tout neuf, aménagé avec luxe. Cuisine équipée neuve et ultra moderne, lits neufs et confortables. Design des salles de bains ultra moderne. TVs connectées dans chaque chambre. Salon aménagé avec goût. On ne le voit pas dans l'annonce mais du salon il y a une vue dégagée sur la ville, les montagnes alentours et sur la statue du Cristo de la Concordia, qui est éclairée la nuit, c'est très beau. Le quartier est très calme. L'immeuble où se trouve l'appartement, la Torre Olympia est tout neuf. Securisé avec un gardien à l'accueil. Il y a des parties communes sur le toit : une piscine, une aire de jeux pour enfants, des salons d'extérieur et des grands étendoirs à linge très pratique. Le lieu est idéal pour avoir une vue à 360 degrés sur la ville et les montagnes et voir un coucher de soleil. La communication avec Guillermo a été facile et efficace. il est très attaché à que l'on se sente bien chez lui et a répondu efficacement à toutes nos questions.

Great location, it was my second time staying in the apartment. One of the better apartments that i have stayed at in Cochabamba.

El departamento de Freddy esta muy bien hubicado cerca a todo lo que uno pueda necesitar sin necesidad de manejar. El departamento estaba muy limpio y equipado con todo loque uno puede necesitar para una corta o larga estadia. El personal de seguridad muy amable y servicial, me enontraron un parqueo por la duracion de mi estadia a un precio muy razonable. El departamento y el parqueo ofrecen un gran valor en la zona comparado a otras alternativas. Definitivamente volvere si en departamento esta disponible

El departamento es muy lindo y acogedor. Nos sentimos como en casa, tiene todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar de la estadía. Jose Luis es muy buen anfitrión y siempre responde a tiempo. definitivamente disfrutamos la estadía.

Excelente opción para descansar o pasar una buena estadía. El desayuno 100 puntos, el trato y la comunicación con la host super bien. Recomendado!

A wonderful place to discover Cochabamba. The place looks better than pictures and the apartment is well equipped. Can’t recommend it enough!

Estuve 10 días en el alojamiento y la experiencia fue excelente. El lugar es tal cual se muestra en las fotos: limpio, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle, lo que hizo que me sintiera como en casa desde el primer día. La anfitriona fue muy amable, siempre atenta y disponible para cualquier consulta. Recomiendo este espacio 100%, y sin dudas volvería en el futuro.

I stayed for a month and was very happy with my stay. The area is beautiful, there were lots of options for going out, and there's a beautiful park right outside. The condo offered a Jacuzzi and sauna. The Jacuzzi was cold both times that we used it, but still really nice. I wasn't well informed on their trash policy, or location, but was politely informed on their trash rules. I was also asked to keep it down after 10, which is reasonable, although, I didn't realize we were loud. There was a TV in our room which the host kindly connected to Netflix for us. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would book here again.

Anelisse y Ramiro fueron grandes host, nos ayudaron en cada consulta que teníamos y estuvieron genuinamente atentos a que nuestra estadía fuera la mejor. Si pasas por Cochabamba recomiendo 100% hospedarse aquí. Gracias!
