Excelente estadía de una semana, en un departamento con muy buena ubicación, en una zona muy agradable de cochabamba. El anfitrión muy amable y proactivo, que reaccionó rápidamente ante un problema imprevisto ... en fin, volveríamos encantados al mismo departamento.

L'appartement proposé par Guillermo est tout neuf, aménagé avec luxe. Cuisine équipée neuve et ultra moderne, lits neufs et confortables. Design des salles de bains ultra moderne. TVs connectées dans chaque chambre. Salon aménagé avec goût. On ne le voit pas dans l'annonce mais du salon il y a une vue dégagée sur la ville, les montagnes alentours et sur la statue du Cristo de la Concordia, qui est éclairée la nuit, c'est très beau. Le quartier est très calme. L'immeuble où se trouve l'appartement, la Torre Olympia est tout neuf. Securisé avec un gardien à l'accueil. Il y a des parties communes sur le toit : une piscine, une aire de jeux pour enfants, des salons d'extérieur et des grands étendoirs à linge très pratique. Le lieu est idéal pour avoir une vue à 360 degrés sur la ville et les montagnes et voir un coucher de soleil. La communication avec Guillermo a été facile et efficace. il est très attaché à que l'on se sente bien chez lui et a répondu efficacement à toutes nos questions.

Adriana est une hôte super, très attentive et soucieuse du bien-être et bien vivre dans l’appartement, elle est investi à 100 % pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. L’appartement est bien distribué, il y a de la place et l’espace est lumineux. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se faire à manger comme laver ses vêtements.

Great location, it was my second time staying in the apartment. One of the better apartments that i have stayed at in Cochabamba.

Fabricio fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente para atender cualquier consulta o requerimiento, la instalaciones muy cómodas y muy limpias, estuvimos muy a gusto.

We have enjoyed our stay just as much as the other times we visited the town. The building is quiet and clean, the staff at the reception were helpful. Stephanie is a great host. We highly recommend the spot. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic host!. Miriam is extremely detailed oriented and keeps her property shinning! She was very flexible as we arrived earlier than expected on check-in day and she facilitated an early check-in. The apartment is in great condition and offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay. I will be staying at this location again next time. Fully recommended!

Me encantó mi estadía en el alojamiento de Adriana. El lugar es muy céntrico, con fácil acceso a locales comerciales, restaurantes y todo lo necesario, pero al mismo tiempo es tranquilo y perfecto para descansar. Adriana fue una anfitriona muy atenta, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y responder rápidamente ante cualquier consulta. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar y volvería a alojarme allí.

El departamento de Freddy esta muy bien hubicado cerca a todo lo que uno pueda necesitar sin necesidad de manejar. El departamento estaba muy limpio y equipado con todo loque uno puede necesitar para una corta o larga estadia. El personal de seguridad muy amable y servicial, me enontraron un parqueo por la duracion de mi estadia a un precio muy razonable. El departamento y el parqueo ofrecen un gran valor en la zona comparado a otras alternativas. Definitivamente volvere si en departamento esta disponible

Hermoso lugar, la localización es excelente en el centro de la ciudad se puede caminar y disfrutar del clima y paisajes de los jardines del Prado. Movilidades en la puerta, el personal de portería siempre atentos y amables al igual que María host gentil en todo momento. Sin duda nos encantaría retornar a este lugar en un futuro. we stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is very spacious, the beds very comfortable and the hot water shower very welcomed. Andrea was easy to communicate with and responsive when we had questions. The pool and gym were great to have access to as well. Highly recommend this host and her apartment.

We were quite comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was quite hot but Adolfo resolved the issue bringing us a fan. Adolfo was super friendly and always concerned about how we were doing. Great location!

We had a very good experience at this apartment. It is well located, very very comfortable, with someone always at the reception. The gym, sauna and swimming pool free of charge are a plus point. Our hostess were always nice and responsive. We will come back. Thank you Jacky and Diego.
