Our apartment has a privileged view over the whole of Cusco. Located on the side of the same hill as the site of the Saqsayhuman archaeological complex, just three blocks away from Plaza de Armas. You can visit the entire historic center on foot. Keep in mind that the walk back home is uphill and can be somewhat demanding. Hilda’s studio is in a fantastic location and was the perfect, cozy place for me to spend a night in Cusco before heading to Machu Picchu. She helped me arrange private transportation from the airport, and gave me very clear directions and check-in instructions. I had one issue with no hot water in the evening, and no water at all in the morning — Hilda communicated proactively about the problem, though, so at least it wasn’t a surprise. All in all, I would certainly stay here again!

Erik and Yovana’s place was a great home base for our time in Cusco. We spent several days here and enjoyed coming home to their place to rest after long days of excursions. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower consistently had hot water. Despite the busy city outside, the home felt peaceful and quiet, which we greatly appreciated. I would recommend their place to anyone visiting Cusco!

I loved staying at this apartment. The view is wonderful, the area is safe and walkable to the main square. There is a market downstairs which is super convenient and the security is super helpful. There is hot water and space heaters. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of extra blankets. One thing that was difficult was the WiFi connection was slow that made video calls difficult for me and my work. So if you need this it may be a challenge or bring your own hotspot. Other than that This is a great spot. The hosts are so kind and responsive they did try to remedy this while I was there, they were always quick to answer to any question I had.

Hilda and Luis were very helpful, always responding to messages quickly and Luis came and helped us with our bags/ showed us around the unit and explained everything. They allowed us to leave our luggage for the day when leaving which was very helpful. The place is beautiful with amazing views of Cusco.

Paula's place was beautiful! The primary bedroom, living space and views were wonderful. Bathrooms were well done and kitchen was nice (with access to filtered water). We also loved having the fireplace (it was a bit chilly, so much needed). It is located at the top of a hill, but that wouldn't prevent me from booking (I supposed you can always taxi back as needed). We had two teenagers with us, and there are two beds downstairs. One is a couch and wasn't super comfortable. With that said, it was nice for them to have their own space. Overall a great stay in a beautiful, well-located home!
