Shipping container holiday rentals in Central Vietnam

Sehr netter Gastgeber, macht alles möglich wenn man ihn etwas fragt. Wir waren die ersten Gäste und er hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fahrräder oder ein Tuktuk organisiert. Ruhige Lage, moderne Ausstattung, sichere Unterkunft (immer jemand vor Ort der aufpasst oder bei Fragen zur Verfügung steht, Gitter vor der Tür) Große Küche zum selber kochen, gute Ausstattung. Liegt auf halber Strecke zwischen der Innenstadt und Angkor Wat, deswegen ist man immer auf ein Tuktuk oder Fahrrad angewiesen. Das Ticket Center für Angkor Wat liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Panha ist ein toller und sehr bemühter Gastgeber!

La chambre spacieuse que je louais donnait sur la cour mais personnellement cela ne me gênait pas je gardais les rideaux tirés dans une pénombre reposante. L'«intendante» était aux petits soins, me préparant un copieux et délicieux petit déjeuner tôt le matin, toujours souriante, disponible et attentive, dommage qu'elle ne parlait pas anglais ! Le propriétaire était toujours joignable si besoin, réactif et fiable. La cuisine collective permet de se faire à manger si on le veut et les vélos (mis gracieusement à disposition) de se rendre facilement en ville tout en traversant des quartiers populaires, les premiers commerces sont à 20mn à vélo et aller à Angkor wat est tout à fait faisable. L'ensemble est conçu pour être convivial et franchement je ne regrette pas d'avoir changé pour cette location en cours de séjour à Siem Reap. Le soir pour sortir privilégier le tuk-tuk, possibilité de se faire livrer à manger (il existe un bon site de commande en ligne). Globalement très bon rapport qualité prix, bref je recommande !

房间的整洁度高于预期，床也很舒服。装修风格很独特，正如店家描述的那样，缩小休息空间，扩大共处空间。这一趟行程由于太赶，没有好好体验这一部分。前台小哥在入住出行各方面都给了中肯建议。 唯二比较介意：1、装修结构的原因，每天大清早隔壁房客赶路跑上跑下，能感觉到声音和震动。2、淋浴间的卫生问题。这跟入住客人是否自觉维护有关。

Nothing fancy, nothing special, blending in in a quiet corner of Da Sar, this humble cabin invites me to taste the raw life of the K'ho. The cabin is a simple box with lots of light and a delightful display of the town view. In my second morning here, I woke up to a blanker of clouds right outside the window. In the other day, I woke up to dreamy thoughts and the urge to jot them down. Everything is within reach of a motorbike ride. I could easily get food and the minimal things I need to try to live like a local. It's a nice change following my days in solitary at Doi Soi, a hill-side cottage by the same host. Civilization came back to me in the most gentle way. So, do bring something to note down your brilliant thoughts because they will come ;) It'd been a soothing town stay for me. Like a Ghibli sound track during the day and The Beatles by the night. Like a cup of tea in the sun and a glass of single malt Scotch under the stars. Thank you for the warm cuddle, Da Sar!

Phuong went above and beyond in his hospitality, helping us with tours, transport, questions and advice about the area. The location is beautiful set alongside the river and the room was tidy and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and our time in Phong Nha😊

Magnifique endroit pour s'y reposer quelques jours, profiter de la rivière et découvrir la belle nature de la région. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et attentionnés. Et très bonne cuisine!

What an amazing stay we have had. Phuong was a wonderful host, he looked after us really well, he checked us in at 3am when we arrived earlier than we where meant to. He also helped us with booking bus tickets, day trips and transfers even before we arrived. He took time to chat to us and tell us his story and provided loads of information on the local area. He made a real effort to chat with our son about adventurers and caving and even played guitar and encouraged him to have a go too which he loved. Accommodation is great, It’s a bit out of the way but that’s what makes it so special. The views from the balcony of the river are simply beautiful. The accommodation is clean with artwork spread everywhere that Phuong makes out of stone. We have also had tea there which was delicious. I can’t recommend this place enough. Our seven year old son said that this was the best Homestay we have stayed in Vietnam, and I couldn’t agree more.

Phuong is a cool guy and has put a lot of effort into the home stay, he’s very responsive and helpful. The room is lovely with a great view. It’s a super peaceful stay with paddle boards and the river to swim in. The gardens are lovely to walk through. They also helped with laundry and had returned it the following day! Breakfast is free and there is a food and drinks menu available at meal time. Takes about 6-7 mins to drive into the village where which has many great restaurants. Botanical gardens are also only a 10 minute drive away! Phuong has motorbikes you can rent. Definitely worth checking out!
