Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Central Vietnam

Fantastic place for group gathering, big family. Lots of nice food within 5~10 mins Grab. Very helpful co-host, sorry I can't recall his name. But I'm pretty sure I'll be back next 2026.

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

It was the same as the picture, and I was so happy that there were no bugs.😄 The bedding is clean and fluffy, and the bathroom water pressure is good, and the air conditioner works well. There were unexpected variables, but the host was able to resolve them quickly. ~The best👍 I liked it because I was a Korean host, so I was able to communicate well. It's also easy to grab and move around to enjoy!🚕 If I come to Da Nang next time, I'll stay here again and again!🙂

Unique & beautiful place to stay. Everything worked well, bed was comfy and rooms are massive. Perfect homebase for exploring Hoi An. Host was amazing and really helpful. Would give 10 ⭐️ if possible!

Stunning place. The historical design has been beautifully preserved and the modern conveniences make it a very comfortable stay. Felt very luxurious and authentic. Right in the centre of Ancient Town, everything on the doorstep, yet very quiet at night. Our host responded within minutes to messages. We loved this stay! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful space! The Pao team was incredible and did so much to make us feel welcome. The location is about 10 mins away from ancient town and you’re nestled near the beach in a cute neighborhood. We used beach cruisers to bike everywhere. It was a great trip. Thank you Pao Homes!!

The Airbnb was perfectly located right next to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for us to spend our mornings and evenings there—it was just a short walk away. We had requested a late cleaning, which was accommodated smoothly. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d love to visit and stay at this place again!

Her house was beautiful, everything was prepared, like the pictures, and breakfast and coffee are really good. She quickly recognized the tea we could ride on the move, and it was nice to have beer and drinks at home at a lower price than the market. If I come to Hoi An and Anbang Beach next time, I want to stay in her inner city again.

10/10 recommend the place. The apartment was clean, with amenities. The host was easy to contact. Beautiful with ocean access. The hotel is lovely. Food and hotel services are separate and have a hotel charge, which was clearly communicated by the host.

My favorite place to stay in Danang!

Even though Enmy’s apartment is a studio unit, her place is very spacious and very clean. I love the large bathroom, especially the shower stall that actually has a door to prevent water from splattering all over the floor. Enmy is very friendly and nice, we are very grateful that she allowed us to check in much earlier than scheduled check-in time.

This place is very close to many good restaurants. I was working in the apartment for 3 weeks and never experienced issue with fast WiFi. I highly recommend this place

Tram and her family were very kind and welcoming, and the family owned Art Spa is incredible in every way- we went twice (I recommend go ahead and get the 90 minute massage, you will not regret it!). There are some great coffee places and restaurants on the Island and nearby- we especially loved Nhẫn Cafe & Phở ( Vietnamese Food )! We had their coffees, amazing soup, and fried rice ❤️-& the people running it are so welcoming you just want to keep coming back. We didn’t want to walk to town from the stay because we felt it was too hot and we might be in the way of the motorbikes, but getting a car into or from town is very easy and affordable. Art Villa provides a rare opportunity for an experience that blends a more authentic Vietnamese stay near a family happy to welcome you while having privacy and comforts like the swimming pool and sleeping with an air conditioner.

The infinity pool with its endless sea view was absolutely stunning.

By far one of the cleanest and comfortable airbnb I’ve stayed in over the years. Linh’s warm hospitality truly elevated the stay. I felt safe and the location made it really easy to get around. The room size and amenities were perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. A big plus : there’s a cafe with really good coffee right across the street.

This apartment is a real gem! The decor is cozy and refined, perfect for feeling at ease from the first moments. The place is pleasant with optimal comfort for a stay in the capital. Between the pool with a magnificent view of the city and the gym with the necessary equipment, everything is there to settle in comfortably. The location is great: quiet, you can easily get around by Tuktuk to the main attractions. If you are looking for the best place to stay in Phnom Penh, this is the place to go! I really enjoyed my stay at Hilley Apartment. The space is bright, spacious, and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights for me was how quiet the area is at night—a real plus for light sleepers. I also appreciated that there were no insects, which is a big relief for me as someone with a phobia of bugs, especially when traveling in Southeast Asia. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need. There’s a small kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, and cooker, and you can even borrow condiments and sauces from the shared area. Weekly cleaning is included, and there are thoughtful touches like a steam iron provided. Chi, Toan’s co-host, was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. When I wasn’t feeling well, she went out of her way to find an English-speaking clinic and even made an appointment for me. That kind of care really made a difference. Overall, a great stay!

This place has a great view of Quy Nhon beach and city. Ideal for 2 people but can accommodate for 3 or even 4. Close to some local restaurants and main attractions. Great experience!

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

We had a wonderful stay at Quang Vinh’s place, being just a short walk away from the hustle bustle, it was very comfortable and peaceful. There was always someone at the reception offering helpful advice, the washing machine and dryer combo was a lifesaver, and they also had bicycles you can use. They also offer airport shuttle service which was immensely helpful and more cost-effective than booking a grab/taxi. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay again in the future.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

Really comfortable, roomy apartment with a stunning ocean view, and a great location close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a large grocery store. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including lots of tools, utensils, cups, bowls, etc. Couch is comfortable, good WiFi, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Washing machine and AC work great. A few things to be aware of: Bed is quite firm and up against the wall (a little awkward for the person against the wall to get out of bed), and you might want an eye mask for the morning sun coming into the bedroom (I used an eye mask but my husband didn’t feel the need, so it just depends on how sensitive you are). We absolutely loved this apartment and our host was super kind and helpful during our stay. We will definitely try to stay here again when we’re in Nha Trang!

We felt incredibly lucky to have found Nga’s apartment for our month-long stay in Hoi An. The location was ideal—close to everything—and we really enjoyed being part of a local Vietnamese neighborhood. The apartment had all the basic kitchen essentials, though we mostly chose to eat out. Having a washing machine right in the suite was a great bonus. One of our favorite parts of the day was sipping coffee on the patio while watching the neighborhood come to life in the mornings. Nga and her husband were wonderfully responsive and truly outstanding hosts. We’d happily stay here again without a second thought.
