Family-friendly holiday rentals in Central Vietnam

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstly, the host Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person than picture, mark my words

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

Perfect location for enjoying the ambience of Hoi An away from the claustrophobic crowds of the old town and gain a feel for a local Vietnamese neighborhood. Nguyen has thought of everything - he offers a reasonable priced taxi service to the house and scooter rental for your stay if required. there's also a couple of bicycles for guests' use. He has a useful house book with important details set out and a useful list of important sights to view around the town. There are some delightful coffee shops and excellent Vietnamese restaurants close by if you don't fancy cooking in the kitchen. The highlight for my friend and myself was the availability of the two double beds which saved us having to take two separate hotel rooms and have the home-like feel of the living room to socialise in. Nguyen really is a super host in the truest sense - he was there to welcome us on arrival and his communication prior to arrival was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at his property again.

Kiet is an absolute gem of a host. He (and his family) go completely out of their way to make sure your stay is incredible. Even taking my husband to the local restaurant when we arrived to help him get dinner. The homestay feels like a luxury backpackers lodge with international tourists milling about and savoring what Hoi An has to offer. The only thing I would say, for young families, is the two bedrooms villa is actually 2, single and separate units beside each other. Completely fine for our family with an 11 year old, but may be an issue for children who are not independent. The suites are beautiful and beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend Kiet’s place.

Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux! Les hôtes sont disponibles, réactifs. Ils anticipent même tous les besoins sans qu’on ait à les exprimer. Nous regrettons encore aujourd’hui de ne pas avoir pu partager le repas traditionnel proposé qui aurait assurément été charmant et instructif. La maison est située idéalement à proximité de la cité royale et du quartier moderne. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, confortables, la literie est parfaite. À découvrir absolument !

여행오기전 후기를 보고 잔뜩 기대한채로 왔는데, 더 좋았어요. Clara라고 호스트 따님이랑 소통했는데 즉각 회신해주고, 택시 예약 식사 예약 등등 정말 많은 도움 받았어요 조식은 정말 후기나온대로 맛, 양, 정성 가득하고, 메뉴가 바뀌어요~ 커피+쥬스+과일 함께 나옵니다. 저녁도 두번이나 예약해서 추가요금 내고 먹었어요. 그리고 냉장고에 생수 완비되어있고 무료, 맥주탄산음료소주는 유료지만 마트가격과 비슷합니다. 굳이 무겁게 장봐올 필요 없을것같아요! 수영장도 넓고 깊이가 점점깊어지는 것이 아이 어른 다 놀기 좋고, 물온도도 놀기 딱좋아요 밤수영도 잘했습니다. 후기보고 하루는 반얀빌라에 머무르면서 쉬는 일정했는데 넘 좋았어요 그날 아이들 4수영 했습니다^^ 샤워기필터도 청소할때 더러워져있으면 교체해주시더라구요. 금새 색이 변하기는 합니다. 샴푸랑, 바디샤워있고, 수건 엄~청 많아요. 마을은 나트랑시내에서는 차로 15분정도 떨어져있고 조용합니다. 가족단위 여행오는 분들께 추천해요!

Peter was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay - we arrived late and had a late outbound flight, and Peter accommodated to let us check in and out later in the day. He also personally bought more hangers for us when we needed extra hangers. Location is great - walkable to town centre and other attractions. While the slope is rather steep, Peter was there to help us with luggage’s and Grab Mart made it easy to get groceries. We felt right at home and loved it - thank you and we will be back.

Заселение лёгкое и комфортное. Идеальные апартаменты, как для короткого так и для длительного пребывания. Отлично подойдёт для семьи с детьми. Кухня очень хорошо оборудована! Из окон открывается потрясающий вид на горы, реку и море. Полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию! Отличное расположение. Море, рынки, супермаркет, различные магазинчики и кафешки в пешей доступности. Hanie (хозяйка) очень милая, комуникабельная, дружелюбная и ответственная! Все мелкие проблемы решались очень оперативно. Рекомендую!

Very clean and spacious air conditioned apartment right at the midpoint of the Riverside Promenade. Close to the night market and the Royal Palace. Lovely to people watch in the evenings when all the lights come on. Perfect for our needs. Thank you.

房东和管家都非常友善，帮我们解决了胡志明来大叻的汽车票、大叻租车等许多问题，而且在线回复特别积极迅速。我们在大叻租的摩托也是老板提供的，大家如果会骑摩托也不妨租一辆，但是要注意安全哦。 再说回房子，交通方便，离主要景点都不远但又远离市区的吵闹，房间风格非常清新舒适，床和被子也很亲肤舒服，窗外有很多花草。厨房设备也非常完善，真的很适合度假。 大叻之旅特别完美，我们有机会还会再见👋

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is extremely convenient, close to everything we needed. The room looked exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I loved my stay so much that I would definitely travel to Nha Trang again just to stay at this place!

We enjoyed our stay here at Dom's Residence. The area is walking distance from the beach, and there are plenty of decent places to eat nearby. When we arrived, we had some minor cleaning issues, but Dom was responsive and sent someone to address the problems right away. Overall, the place was great for getting work done, doing laundry, ordering food, and just regrouping before traveling again. Exactly what I needed to recharge the batteries.

The place is beautiful and the room was spotless and clean, the staff were super helpful. However it is a little further away from everything but luckily you can rent scooters from them !!

The apartment has a spacious and comfortable layout for family of four. The beach is just across the street. Lots of marts, shops, and restaurants in walkable distance. Host is very responsive and accomodated our late check-in. Check-in/check-out was very smooth. The balcony is spacious with nice ocean view for a lazy afternoon. Overall great place for a family vacation or even long term stay. Highly recommended.

Our favourite place to stay in Hoi An, so much so, we’ve already booked to return. It has the wow factor. We searched nearly every villa in Hoi An and Four Monkeys stood out. The spacious grounds are beautifully laid out with multiple zones, making it ideal for groups or families. There’s a shallow kids’ pool perfect for toddlers, as well as a large deep pool. The open-plan downstairs works well in the heat, with fans throughout. Upstairs isn’t ultra-modern, but it’s clean and functional. The boules court and BBQ area are great additions. Minor downsides: Grab car drivers can be hesitant due to the narrow access road ( motorbikes fine) and during frog mating season the neighbour’s pond can be noisy at night. The location is perfect, easy access to the old town and peaceful bike rides through the rice fields (bikes provided). A truly special place with wonderful host communication. You’d be lucky to stay here.

This is my second time staying in Ngan's airbnbs (I've also been in the blue room before) and there is truly no better place to stay in Nha Trang. The views are beyond amazing, the bay window is an absolute gem, and the location is perfect. You get the best sights of the water and mountains without having to leave your bed. Its the perfect space for a solo traveler or couple looking to unwind above the beach. It's better than the photos! I will be back without a doubt!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. My only wish is that the bathroom had an extra light—it’s a bit dim at night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. Overall, a great stay!

Cozy house, Chi was very friendly and responsive!

Nothing fact-checking, but very nice, clean place in an incredibly beautiful part of the country. A little ways away from town, but that was nice. Enjoyed taking morning walks through field and nearby Buddhist cemetery with cows and buffalo. Very peaceful. Ha ( the manager) was very kind and accommodating.

Квартира очень просторная и удобная. Главный плюс, безусловно - это прекрасная территория. 3 минуты до пляжа и ресторана рядом с бассейном. Тихо, безопасно, красиво. Было очень комфортно Хозяин предупредительный, вежливый, чистота квартиры на пять с плюсом, ежедневная уборка. Расположена чуть дальше дананга, готовьтесь либо брать байк (без него никуда), либо ездить на такси. До района миан можно добраться за 15 минут по прекрасной прямой дороге, до хойана примерно так же. Вернулась бы с удовольствием
