So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

베트남 첫 가족여행으로 편히 잘 쉴수 있었습니다. 체크인도 매우 편리했으며 요청사항도 바로바로 응답해주었습니다. 골드코스트나 파노라마처럼 해변가 숙소는 밤에 밝고 시끄럽지만 이곳은 주택가처럼 조용해서 좋았어요. 매일 보이는 바다뷰도 최고였고 침구도 침대도 편안했습니다. 수영장은 깨끗했고 사용료가 저렴하며 이용하는 사람이 거의 없어 프라이빗했습니다. 도보로 롯데마트 갈수있고 그랩으로 가면 번화가도 기본요금정도로 매우가깝습니다. 배달앱을 이용해 맛집배달도 잘 이용할수 있었습니다. 숙소가 편안해서 일주일의 여행이 매우 만족스럽습니다.

The apartment was spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable.We even extended our stay and have already booked it again. Whenever we’re in Da Nang, this is the only place we want to stay. The water filter is a great bonus, and we loved the large rooms, cozy beds, and big TV. We truly felt at home here. The hosts are very kind and attentive — thank you so much for everything!

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

I have been here many times before, but this time I stayed in a large apartment with 2 bedrooms. It is about more than 70m2 and is very spacious, with sea view, large sofa set, 2 separate bathrooms. . We went on a business trip in a team of 5 people, a lot of work during the day made us tired but they made everyone comfortable and recover very quickly. 🌆 The apartment was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for everyday life, including a washing machine and fast Wi-Fi. 🌆The balcony offered a stunning view, especially during the summer celebration events to watch fireworks all over the town and neighborhood. The location was perfect, with the beach just a minute away and a supermarket and local market within a five-minute walk. I'll definitely continue to stay here!

A comfortable and spacious apartment with a minimalist design. Beds were very comfortable and the location was a short grab away to the main area. The owner communicated very well and gave clear check in instructions and local recommendations for food and activities. I would recommend this place

Logement correspondant à la description. L’hôte a été réactif et flexible sur mon arrivée. La résidence est super paisible, j’ai eu la chance d’avoir la piscine pour moi seule quasiment. Je n’y suis restée qu’une nuit car j’étais en transit vers une autre destination mais je n’hésiterai à y revenir.

I was staying in this beautiful apartments almost 2 weeks and it was so hard to leave because this place feels like home 🥹 Balcony view is stunning , apartments very clean and cozy! A lot of thank to Seyma , she was replying very fast for all my requests ❤️❤️

とても快適に過ごせました。 お部屋は広くて清潔、キッチンも広々としていて調理器具や簡単な調味料もそろっており、自炊もしっかり楽しめます。ファミリーにもぴったりだと思います。 ホストの返信も早く親切で、安心して滞在できました。 地元の人がみんな使っている、腰に巻くタイプの浮き具（flotation belt）も置いてあり、毎朝海で泳ぐのが最高に気持ちよかったです。 唯一気になったのは、時間帯に関係なくお湯の温度が少しぬるめだったことですが、それ以外は本当に素晴らしい滞在でした。ニャチャンでの滞在におすすめのお部屋です！

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Elle vous propose même un service nettoyage complet du logement compris dans le tarif. Merci encore May!!

Tram’s apartment was a beautiful space with a good view of the beach. Was a lovely and clean space. It was within walking distance of great restaurants. Easy to find as well. Tran was a great host was always to responding to my questions and was very helpful and lovely with her answers.

The place is nice and clean. But if they can improve the customer service of the reception desk at the condo, then it will be perfect. Huyen communication over the phone is great.

This is honestly one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! The location is amazing, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The place is super spacious, from the living room to the bedroom and even the bathroom. They had everything we needed, from toiletries to kitchen essentials. Our absolute favorite was the bed, it was so soft and comfy. The balcony view was beautiful, especially at night. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the complimentary airport pick-up was such a nice touch. We requested a late check-out at 12:30 PM and they kindly accommodated it, which we really appreciated. The team was very friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth, we didn’t run into any issues at all. The gym and pool were both beautiful and free to use. Such a BONUS! Having a washer and dryer was a big plus too, especially since we brought a lot of clothes. Would 100% stay here again when we come back to Da Nang!

The largest and the best stay we ever stayed in Vietnam so far. Out of the 6 places we stayed at so far including 2 nights on Cruise and at beautiful Sapa Valley, this has topped the list. The amenities listed were provided. The host is very friendly and takes care of her guests really well. Easy check-in, safe building with security and cameras, quick walk to the beach, many local shops and marts nearby. The place has good aircon, clean bathrooms and everything needed for the stay. They provided really good shampoo, conditioner and body wash, not those hotel packages ones, but real big bottles from the mart. Hot water 24 x 7. Felt like home overall. The view from the balcony is really enjoyable. Open curtains after 8pm and going to bed watching the moon rise with it’s reflection on the ocean is the best view we ever had. The pool is very clean and almost nobody uses it making it very private. They provided a washer and a drying rack too. Elevators were quick and convenient. 10/10 ?

최고의 숙소였어요! 하얏트 내에서도 레지던스B가 위치가 제일 좋은거 같은데, 레지던스B 1층이니 더할나위없이 좋았어요! 수영장도 가까이 있고, 놀이터도 마당으로 연결 되어 있어 편하게 이용 하였답니다! 호스트도 정말 친절하고, 응답도 빨리 해주셔서 불편함 없었어요~ 다음에도 여기 예약 하려고 합니다!^^
