Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Central Macedonia

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

We enjoyed our stay in Claudia's apartment. Especially the patio off one of the bedrooms. Very walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery shopping.

We had the most fantastic time in Διαμαντούλα's beautiful home! Our group of friends was visiting Kavala for a wedding, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house was as gorgeous as in the photos and had everything we needed. It is located less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, featuring crystal-clear water and ample privacy. The best part of our stay was the kindness our hosts showed us. Konstantinos was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering help with taxi booking and other necessities. Διαμαντούλα brought us delicious olive oil they had produced themselves, eggs from their chickens, and delicious fresh potatoes. We have no complaints about our stay and look forward to returning soon! Ευχαριστώ

We really enjoyed our time here! The view is gorgeous! My husband had no trouble working remotely on the wifi. The kids loved all the animals, as we anticipated. The coastline is low energy so super safe for the kids. We had a wonderful week and I would recommend it to anyone. Karin was friendly and available to address issues/questions. My only critique is that the dogs barked some in the night. Ask her for the one page of info about local sites. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Paleokastro! It’s such a peaceful and authentic place — waking up to birdsong and hearing nightingales at night was pure magic. Debby, the owner, is very very kind and even brought us some delicious local treats. Her daughter Asthasia welcomed us warmly, gave us a lovely tour, and shared great tips for local beaches, supermarkets, and tavernas. They really made us feel at home. The house is simple but very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private barbecue area — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. The only very small thing we noticed was that it would be nice if the showerhead could hang, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We left feeling completely relaxed and full of good memories. We can’t recommend this place enough!

An absolute pleasure to stay in this very comfortable place. Close to all loval amenities and central for easy region discovery. The land lord is very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

A wonderful house that has everything a family could need. The host was very responsive! It’s 5 minutes from a sandy beach and within walking distance of the center. I highly recommend it and would visit the same house again

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

We stayed at both Xrysa's apartments and we were thrilled with everything. The location, the apartment with perfect backyard and amazing host. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy Nikiti.

Ми провели тут 18 чудових днів. Я дуже вдячна Афродиті та її батькам за гостинність. Наші апартаменти були чисті та просторі, зі свіжим ремонтом та гарним і якісним посудом. Номери прибирались, постіль та рушники замінювали вчасно. Зустріли нас свіжою випічкою і запасом води , що для нас було дуже актуально! Мері дочекалась нас із сильною затримкою прибуття, за що ми дуже вдячні. З балкону чудовий вигляд на море. Буквально перед помешканням потрібно підійматись на пагорб, але це невелика частина шляху. Йти до пляжу не далеко. Ця місцевість дуже тиха, підходить для сімейного пляжного відпочинку. Людей зовсім не багато. Є зона із зонтиками й шезлонгами за лояльну ціну, можна придбати напої, перекуси, снеки. Ми залишились задоволені відпочинком у House Kavala 🫶🏻 Я б не рекомендувала покладатись на google maps, вони ведуть до іншого місця, але це не далеко.

Andrea, çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Ev, fotoğraftakilerden daha güzeldi. Çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Çok zevkli döşenmişti. Andrea, gelmeden önce bizimle iletişime geçtiği için hiç zorluk çekmedik. Evde çok güzel bir dosya hazırlamıştı , çevre ile ilgili bilgiler yer alıyordu. Evin bulunduğu yer çok huzurlu, sakin ve merkezi bir yerdeydi. Çok yakınında çok güzel bir kumsal bulunuyordu.Restorant ve market yürüme mesafesindeydi. Gerçekten kaldığımız süre boyunca çok keyif aldık. Bir daha Halkidiki’ye gelsem kesin yine burayı tercih ederim. Mutlaka gelin ve bu güzel taş evde keyifli zamanlar geçirin! Sithonia da genel olarak huzurlu ve sakin bir yer. Thanks Andrea for everything 🙏

Είχαμε μια πολύ όμορφη διαμονή, με την κυρία Χαρά να είναι πολύ φιλική και πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Το σπιτάκι ήταν πολύ όμορφο καθαρό και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα από την θάλασσα. Αν και η διανομή μας ήταν πολυ σύντομη σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά το καλοκαίρι.

Rebecca und ich haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft erlebt. Dies ist der sehr gastfreundlich Art des Vermieters Konstantinos und seinen Eltern Stavroula und Dimitros geschuldet. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns super Tipps für die Tage auf der Halbinsel gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen und werden selber wieder zurückkommen. I stayed for 6 days at a very nice Airbnb in Sithonia, Greece, and I have just returned home today. It was one of the best experiences I ever had. The location is amazing, only 2 minutes walking to a wide, peaceful beach. The price of the accommodation was very good. The house had all the things we needed, like a kitchen, good size bedroom, lovely balcony, strong Wi-Fi and also a shared garden. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and we felt like at home. Sithonia has many beautiful villages and towns nearby with great beaches, restaurants, and shops. The nearest big city is 1.5 hours away, but it’s not a problem because there is so much to explore around. The host, Alexander, was very kind and responded fast, even when we booked the day before arriving. He was very helpful during our stay. I think this is the best accommodation I ever stayed in, and I really recommend it for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday by the sea. The combination of price, location,and service is perfect!

Dieser Urlaub war einfach nur wunderbar! Auch meine Kinder 16 und 19 haben ihn toll gefunden. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, hat einen schönen Schnitt, war super sauber und die Sonnenuntergänge waren atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung war richtig durchdacht, viele nützliche Gegenstände wie zum Beispiel Schirme und Handtücher für den Strand sind vorhanden, super wenn man nur mit Handgepäck reisen möchte und 10 Tage dort Urlaub macht. Wir waren begeistert!!! Danke Oksana für die Besonders schöne Zeit! Waren schon viel unterwegs aber diese Ferienwohnung hat alles getoppt ❤️ Wir können sie unbedingt weiterempfehlen!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο , η οικοδέσποινα άψογη και εξυπηρετική ! Το τζακούζι καθώς και ο χώρος με τον προτζέκτορα ήταν υπέροχα . Περάσαμε πάρα πολύ όμορφα και σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε !

5 αστέρια με την αξία του το ξυλόσπιτο, ήταν πεντακάθαρο και μοσχοβολούσε. ήταν υπέροχο και ένδειξη φιλοξενίας που είχαν ανάψει το air conditioner λόγω ζέστης για να μας υποδεχτούν. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο δώμα μέχρι και για ψηστήρι αν θελήσει καποι@ αλλά έχει και φυλλάδια να παραγγείλεις. Επίσης είχε φαρμακείο και πολλών ειδών αντικουνουπικα. Τέλος πολύ θετικό ότι μπορούσες να κλείσεις και μόνο ένα βράδυ.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem kleinen Tiny Häuschen mitten im Olivenhain – total idyllisch und perfekt für unseren großen Hund, der dort richtig aufblühen konnte. Viel Platz, viele Schattenplätze, und auch wir haben es uns auf den Liegen und in den schönen Sitzecken richtig gut gehen lassen. Birgid ist super herzlich, immer erreichbar und hat tolle Tipps für die Umgebung – ob Kultur oder gutes Essen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!
