L'appartamento di Poulcheria è estremamente confortevole. E' in una zona molto bella, tranquilla e attrezzata, particolarmente adatta alle famiglie, ma da cui è possibile visitare luoghi splendidi nei dintorni. L'host è estremamente gentile e discreto. Di fronte a casa c'è un bel giardino e un posto auto riservato. La casa è ricca di tutte le dotazioni necessarie. E' un appartamento sicuramente da prendere in considerazione per chi vuole visitare la penisola Calcidica

Bardzo fajne miejsce, blisko plaży, blisko restauracji, blisko miasta. Super lokalizacja.

evin büyüklüğü ve konumu gayet güzel karşılama ve bilgilendirme çok iyiydi bizimle ilgilenen Cris son derece nazik ve ilgiliydi. mutfak eşyalarının arttırılmasını önerebilirim kase tabak vs gibi. olumsuz tek şey zeminin tozlu olması ve banyonun yeterince temiz olmamasıydı. bu güzel tatil için ev sahibine teşekkürler!

An amazing place! Our children loved it too. The sea is close by even with a very small child. The appartment was fully equipped with everything you can think of. Alexa was our dj for the whole week :) Thank you, Andreas. You were a great host!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren in der Nebensaison da, deshalb war noch sehr ruhig in Nikiti. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und die Antworten hilfreich und schnell. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Αρκετά άνετο και εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις. Καταπληκτική θέα! Βλέπεις το ηλιοβασίλεμα από το μπαλκόνι το οποίο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από την παραλία. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί και σου προτείνουν αρκετά μέρη για να περάσεις ευχάριστα την διαμονή σου!

Everything was fine. A lot of appLiances. Nice balcony. Everything like home. Way to the beach with stairs. Not suitable for disabled people. We hope to get back next year. Maria&Hristo, all the best

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

Tutto perfetto. La casa nuova grande e pulitissima. Ottima posizione a 1 minuti dal mare e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Si dorme bene e ci si rilassa nell’ampio giardino, con un utilissimo posto auto. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha permesso anche di posticipare il check out. Grazie ancora per la bellissima accoglienza.

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Evin kendisi ve yeri harikaydı, konakladığım en iyi evdi diyebilirim, evde elektrikli şarj istasyonunuz var ve hiçkimseye muhtaç değilsiniz, şarj istasyonu bize çok büyük kolaylık sağladı ve ev sahibi herhangi bir ücret talep etmedi, evde ps 5 dahil aklına gelebilecek herşey var ve hepsi çok yeni, ev sahibini sürekli gördük ne sorsak hemen cevap verdi

excellent new apartments with beautiful, high-quality renovation. Very clean. We arrived at night, the owner was waiting for us, for which we were very grateful. Very nice area near the apartments. Close to the sea, there are even chairs for the beach. The only thing that upset me was the Internet speed - it is very slow, but this is a common problem in Greece.

Alles war absolut brillant!! Das Haus ist unglaublich schön, hat eine schöne Lage und alles, was du benötigst. Es ist alles picobello sauber im Haus. Bequemer und ein großes Bett. We loved our stay at the seaside serenity house. The location is perfect - on a quieter part of the beach, within 5 minutes walk from the busier part of the village. It creates the impression you are on a private beach but you are so close to everything else. The Frog Beach Lounge next to the house had friendly stuff and tasty food. I enjoyed having a cocktail on the sunbeds. We were 5 adults, a 3 year old and a baby. Everyone enjoyed their stay. It was our first time in Nea Iraklitsa and I am very happy with our choice.

Loved our stay at Serene, especially our kids loved it more. The pool was so unique giving the idea of an aquarium. The house is nice, spacious has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, A/c in every room. Located very close to the beach, walkable distance. Would love to come back in the future :)

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! Η εμπειρία διαμονής στο διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετική! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ακριβώς όπως περιγραφεται. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική και ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει με κάθε απορία. Άνετη διαμονή και ευχάριστη.Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Christos und Elena. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und direkt in Strandnähe.

Vi är mycket nöjda med denna boende,jag rekommenderar varmt det. Mycket trevliga värdens Triantafyllia ,hjälpsamma människor. Vi kan tänka oss komma tillbaka

Wunderbare Strandunterkunft. Perfekte Lage und immer wieder gerne für einen Strandaufenthalt! Mit Standup-Paddle, Kicker und großer Terrasse kann man es sich hier mit einer Gruppe sehr gut gehen lassen. Richtig gut: Klima Anlage, großer Kühlschrank und Moskito Netze an jedem Fenster! Für den Aufenthalt innerhalb der Wohnung vermisst man vielleicht ein wenig Gemütlichkeit und auch die sonstige Ausstattung ist eher minimal gehalten. Das tat aber keinen Abbruch darin, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Makis hat unsere kleinsten Ansprüche und Wünsche erfüllt und so hat unser Urlaub erleichtert. Er ist freundlich,ruhig und hat wichtigeRatschläge und Empfehlungen für jeden. sein Aparthotel werden wir nur weiterempfehlen. Der Strand vor seinem Haus war der beste von allen in Sithonia.

Çok cana yakındı, şehri bize güzel bir şekilde anlattı. Muhitte güzel ve selanik merkeze yürümeyle 15-20dkya gidebiliyordu. Yediğimiz cezayı bizim yerine ödememizde destek oldu. Güvenilir ev sahibi.

The apartment is a cosy 1-bedroom apartment in a residential area of Kalamaria. The location is okay, is quite close to a supermarket and several cafes. The host Katerina has been very communicative and sent easy instructions for check in. The apartment is small but everything is there and is comfortable. It has a car park slot, which is helpful because at night street park might be harder. It also has a lift. Balcony is very usable. We rented it for about 12 days in 2 people and was very comfortable.
