You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. Betty is truly a Super Host! The place is really comfortable and was able to accommodate our large group with plants of sleeping space. We exercised in her large well maintained yard great for backyard football games or a picnic. The place was clean, instructions clear, Betty is super easy to work with and is very responsive. Thank you for a great stay, we will be staying there again for our next trip to the Salt Lake area!

This is my 2nd time staying here. I had a very confortable stay and slept great in the cozy bed. It was nice and cool in the apartment despite being 95 degrees outside. I also love the Avenues area. It's peaceful and walkable. It was also nice to have garage parking (for vehicles that aren't super tall - my Outback fit). I would stay again on my next trip.

Very zen space with amazing host. After our Utah desert adventures this was the perfect spot to reset and get to the airport. We had some itinerary changes and requests that jourdan was very accomodating to. This space was connected to the host but was set up to be very secluded. This was beneficial for one of our requests (needed a scale to weigh out our luggage to bring home cool rocks) The bed was so comfortable, much needed after camping and we were happy to have the ability to do some laundry before packing. Highly recommend staying here.
