Gil ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und guter Gastgeber! Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Wohnung und dafür war es ausreichend und passend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und aufgrund der schönen Aussicht auf das Merr und der zentralen Lage, können wir sie weiter empfehlen ☺️

L’appartement était en tout point conforme à la description. Yelena nous a gentiment accueillis et a répondu à chacune de nos sollicitations durant le séjour. Un grand merci à elle ! La situation de l’appartement est idéale : proximité de la plage surveillée (il suffit de traverser la rue et on accède à la plage en « lagon »), proximité de tous les commerces. Place parking privative très facile d’accès. Bien pratique. Immeuble récent avec concierge/gardien dans le hall et ils sont tous très sympas. La vue de l’appartement est magnifique et les couchers et levers de soleil sont des moments privilégiés. Grande terrasse pour en profiter. Appartement bien équipé et confortable. Nous reviendrons chez Yelena dès que possible lors d’un prochain séjour sur Bat Yam !

שכרנו את הבית לעשרה ימים והיה שווה כל שקל. החצר המרווחת, הבית נוח ונעים. בעל הבית זמין ועזר בכל מה שביקשנו. בהחלט נחזור שוב!

This is by far the BEST ABNB I've stayed at! You probably think the photos look good but this place is way more gorgeous in real life. Shai and Yarden created a space so welcoming, carefully designed, beautiful without compromising the warmth. The place is like an art gallery, full of air and light, so spacious and so nice to stay that you wouldn't want to go outside. The kitchen is amazing and contains more than you can think of. Shai was super responsive and nice from the very first second we talked, I've met him in person a day before the checkin and was very happy to meet this great guy that was genuinely welcoming. The only problematic thing I can say is that eventually you will need to checkout and get back to your own house :) It was a real pleasure and highly recommended - a true gem.

We spent three weeks at Isabelle's apartment and felt at-home from the moment we checked in. The place is nearly new and is perfectly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The terrace is amazing, great for lounging, having meals or sipping wine and watching the parrots and other birds. While there is construction outside, you cannot see it or hear any noise from the apartment. The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to the Shuk Carmel, Nahalat Binyamin, the beach, and tons of excellent restaurants and cafes. Our new favourite area of Tel Aviv. Also, there is a 24-hour supermarket on the ground floor of the building, very convenient. We highly recommend this place and will stay here again without hesitation.

We loved our stay at Daniel's apartment. The perfect artist's loft in the heart of Tel Aviv. It was cozy, clean, and full of light. We'd love to go back and recommend it to anyone.

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

We had a really great time staying at Ariel's place together with our two little kids (3 and 5)! The area is amazing for families, with multiple playgrounds and lots of public transport options to get to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious, and Ariel was a great host, and provided us with everything we needed. If you're planning a summer visit to TLV with your family, look no further!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. Les nombreux rangements sont un vrai plus, surtout en famille, pour s’installer comme à la maison. L’emplacement est parfait : proche des plages, du centre-ville et bien desservi par les transports en commun. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Mention spéciale aux hôtes, Ana et Ary, qui ont été très réactifs et à l’écoute, réglant un souci d’eau chaude en un temps record. Merci encore !

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

We loved Shulamit’s apartment and we would stay there every time we come to Israel for sure. It’s walking distance to so many places. Loads of coffee, shops, and some of the most beautiful streets of Tel Aviv. The apartment has a parking space which is wonderful. Shulamit was very responsive to all my questions and the Apt.. felt cozy and welcoming to return to. Highly recommend!

Wow, it was an amazing stay. A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious apartment with high ceilings and many windows. The building itself is an old one, as most are in the neighborhood. No chic outside should be expected, - rather a multicultural cozy-small-city Israeli milieu. The location is perfect for shopping groceries and stuff, the bus and train stops are nearby, though we used our car. It's not easy to find a spare parking space close to the building, but it's possible. The beaches of Bat-Yam are just 20 minutes walk on a straight Rothschild str. The nearby bakery shop Lehem Hodaya is amazingly tasty, we even bought some with us when we left home. We loved it there and would love to come back.

Мы семья репатриантов, нам предлагали бесплатное жильё но мне было важно чтобы это не было шоком первое время в Израиле поэтому я выбрал квартиру, больше похожую на дом, и я не ошибся есть полноценная кухня комната с хорошей кроватью, и очень важные две вещи для Израиля стиральная машина и машина для сушки, Очень важно что рядом было несколько больших детских площадок так как мы приехали с ребёнком Мы чувствовали себя каждый день как дома Большое спасибо хозяину !

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

The flat was absolutely fabulous!! The living room appearance was even nicer than the pictures :-) The kitchen was fully equipped and more - two type of toasters, coffee machine, lots of cooking utensils, plastic bags, plenty of cups and plates from all kind types, there were coffee, oil, salt and pepper, various spices, and even peanut butter and flatbreads. Amazing. The shower was lacking soaps and lotions, baby wipes etc. Washing machine and dryer was life saver with kids. The swimming pool was spacious and fun, partially shaded with nice staff working there. Having the private parking was very important in this area. Ronit was very responsive and very helpful in our stay and I couldn't ask for a better host!

We had a fabulous experience with our stay in this apt. It is fully equipped with useful items for the beach and pool, and with supplies for children (baby bath tub, crib, bed rail, hi chair, infant bounce seat). This is a beautifully furnished and clean apt. Sarah and Elad were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The location with the marina view is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is very clean. We had everything we needed. The host was available, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back to this apartment on our next visit.
