Everything was as expected! The huge terrace was amazing and loved the view, you can see a little bit if the sea from outside. Lovely touch with having a coffee machine and some coffee pods as well, and a bottle of wine, which I didn’t drink because I just don’t have alcohol, however I am sure other guests would love that and it was very thoughtful. Although I had a small issue with the shower drain being blocked, the host arranged for someone to come and fix it and was all good afterwards. He offered me advice of places to eat on my request and was very friendly and helpful overall! I also thought the microwave wasn’t working but he explained to me I had to close the door a bit more aggressively and we laughed and joked about that as it was indeed the case 😅 Overall, the place felt right at home, with beautiful views, nicely decorated and very close to the beach! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything 💙

This is a gorgeous place to stay for the week. We went in May and the weather and pool was great. The pool was super clean and looked after and we always got a seat. The apartment is on the 8th floor with a lift. The views are incredible and the apartment is so clean with so many thoughtful touches that many air bnbs miss out. Ironing board, hair dryer, spare towels and bedding, sewing kit, coffee pods. Really wonderful, thank you for a great stay

Everything was wonderful! Tatiana communicated with us the whole time, arrival and departure were easy to navigate. The apartment had everything you’d need for a vacation. It’s a little bit further away from the beaches (15-30 minutes walk), but in the centre of the city, with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Would recommend!

Ivan’ın dairesinde 1 ay konaklama yaptık , site çok güzeldi, spor salonu sauna havuz ve basketbol sahaları kullanıma her zaman müsait ve gayet temizdi. Evin manzaraları harika, genelde sabahları kahvemi alıp balkonda yada evin etrafında dolaşıp güneşlenerek keyfini çıkartıyorum. Komşular ve en önemlisi Alexander çok nazik ve yardımseverdi birçok konuda onunla iletişime geçtik ve yardım etti bunlar için minnettarım. Biz evi çok huzurlu bulduk orada olmak bize ilham verdi özellikle tatil için gelenler kesinlikle bu daireyi tercih edebilirsiniz denize 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde harika bir plaj var site içerisinde yürüyüş yapmak keyifli, bizim için tek sorun Tatlısu’nun merkeze uzak olmasıydı araba olmadan siteden çıkmak zor ama yine de bizim için çok problem değildi çünkü dinlenmek ve güzel vakit geçirmek istedik ve daire bunu karşıladı bu yüzden konaklama süremizi uzatma kararı aldık 🎉🥳 Ivan ve Alexander’a çok teşekkürler herşey harika 🩷🙏🏻

Super schöne und toll gestaltete Wohnung mit allem, was man brauchen könnte! Super nette Host, die immer erreichbar ist und uns sogar von sich aus mit den Check in und Check out Zeiten entgegen gekommen ist. Das war toll und hat uns vieles erleichtert! Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und der Strand nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen ☀️

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Cyprus. The location is absolutely perfect - right on the beach, with stunning sea views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Waking up to the view of the beach/sea and having breakfast on the patio was a highlight of our trip. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and we’d love to return in the future!

Hands down the best place we stayed in Northern Cyprus. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed for a nice stay. There are two markets in the area, an Italian restaurant, a nice pool, and a beach nearby. If you have a car, it is a good base to explore the Eastern part of North Cyprus and the Karpaz Peninsula. Massimo, the owner was helpful with a rental car recommendation before our visit. Olga, the property manager for Massimo's apartment welcomed us to the apartmenr and was always on hand to assist with anything we needed, including a transfer to the airport. Thanks for a great stay!

Öncelikle ev sahibi Yunus Emre’nin ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Her ihtiyacımız olduğunda kolaylıkla ulaşabildik ve çok yardımcı oldu. Evi bulma ve giriş sürecinde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ev, görsellerde göründüğü gibiydi; huzurlu, tatlı ve konforluydu. Denize, beach’lere ve Yiğitler Market’e olan yakınlığı da konum açısından büyük avantaj sağladı. Hem evin rahatlığı hem de konumu bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Bize evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettiren ev sahibi Yunus Emre’ye tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

Wir waren diesen Frühling zum zweiten Mal in dieser makellosen Unterkunft! Es ist das schönste Haus in der Umgebung und ich finde, es hat die beste Lage. Ich schätze die tollen Fenster und Insektenschutzgitter und die Nähe zum Meer. Hier finde ich Privatsphäre und Ruhe und kann mit der ganzen Familie ausspannen. Gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is een heel compleet vakantieverblijf! Met een lekker zwembad, zitjes voor en achter het huis en een redelijk ruime woning is het er prima om te verblijven. Bij aankomst werden we verrast door een meer dan volle mand met allerlei etenswaren, ook een gevulde koelkast en meer dan genoeg andere spullen om niet meteen naar een supermarkt te moeten voor het eten de eerste dag(en)! De woning is helemaal voorzien van alle benodigdheden om te koken, te wassen en te verblijven! De ligging van het huis is in een rustige buurt, binnen 5 minuten sta je aan het strand en met de auto is de locale supermarkt ook in een paar minuten bereikt (te voet ongeveer 25 minuten wandelen). Een auto is raadzaam om het eiland te verkennen, het openbaar vervoer stopt overigens ook vlak bij het huis. Svetlana reageert bijzonder snel op gestuurde berichten, helaas hebben we haar niet persoonlijk gezien om haar te bedanken. Een perfecte aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserer ein-Jährigen Tochter dort und waren sehr begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viel platz. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein super schöner Strand. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man einfach und in ca. 15 min. nach Girne. Der Kontakt mit Bekir und seinen Schwiegereltern war sehr, sehr nett. Es war wirklich alles perfekt! Sollten wir nochmal nach Girne kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen und es auch Freunden empfehlen. Vielen dank Bekir und deiner Familie 🙏

Superbe maison, grande, propre et très bien fournie en équipements de tout genre. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi agréable : terrasse et jardin fleuris pour profiter du soleil du matin au soir ! L'accès à la mer est à la sortie du jardin, magnifique. Lars et son épouse ont été très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Endroit à recommander malgré parfois la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude si les panneaux solaires ne sont pas fonctionnels.

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

New, nice, clean, peaceful, fabulous sunrise mountain view from bed or balcony. Cathy is an excellent host, very responsive and flexible. Highly recommended this cozy studio.

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it

Kayıt işlemi yoğunluktan dolayı biraz uzun sürebiliyor. Bu yüzden son dakikaya bırakmayın ve önceden bilgilerinizi gönderin. Ayrıca Tatiana’ya jesti için çok teşekkür ederiz. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

I had a great experience renting this place. Fadi was extremely professional, punctual, and reliable throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The location is a major advantage—just a short distance from the city’s main tourist center, making everything easily accessible. The place is well-equipped, comfortable, and comes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

This was the third stay at the property. Hatice is always quick to respond and help with anything. The apartment is spacious and is in a really good location close to the city centre and a short car ride from the beaches. We would stay again.
