Top Lage am gefühlten Privatstrand und grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon und aus dem Schlafzimmer auf das Meer. Perivolia, ein kleiner süßer Ort, ist in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Anna hat stets schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert.

It was a cozy apartment within walkable distance of restaurants and beaches. I especially appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood. It felt like home away from home and would definitely recommend 👌.

Beautiful, well-maintained flat right in the city centre. Menelaos was very welcoming and supportive. Definitely coming back when in Nicosia!

Ben ve kızım çok huzurlu ve müthiş manzaralı bir konaklama geçirdik. Tam sevdiğimiz türden bir tatildi. Manzarası yüzünden evden pek çıkmadık. çoğunlukla zamanımızı balkonda geçirdik. iki ayrı tuvaleti olması çok iyi. Çevredeki yakın restorantlar da yeterli ve fiyatları çok uygundu. Bir tek yemek yemeğe ve markete gitmek için evden çıktık. Onun dışında çok sessiz ve huzurlu bir tatilimiz oldu. Tekrar gelmek lazım. Andreas'a teşekkür ederim herşey için.

We were delighted to stay in Elena’s place. It was super clean, with numerous nice touches and a lovely view from the balcony. We loved the little coffee machine and the fact we had all the amenities to cook a nourishing breakfast. The apartment is only a short walk from Larnaca’s main strip and Mackenzie beach. Would definitely recommend and come back to Elena’s place in the future.

The place is super good. Very convenient location in the heart of the old city. Close to the beaches and lots of restaurants, bars, cafes are around. Lora helped a lot with the local recommendations. And the place is clean and very cozy. Wish I would stay longer :) The only minus was the noise from the main road, but overall it is a 5-star place. I highly recommend it.

Konumu çok güzeldi. Temiz ve bakımlı bir evdi. Ev sahibi tüm sorularımıza hızlıca cevap verdi. Bir sonraki aynı bölge seyahatinde terciimiz aynı yer olacaktır.

Rahat sessiz ve huzurlu bir konumda ev. Ev sahipleri oldukça misafirperver ve hoşsohbet. Olanaklar açısından hiçbir problemle karşılaşmadık. Evin çok keyifli bir verandası var, ağaçların içinde. 4 konuğun rahatça kalabileceği iki bağımsız yatak bir çift kişilik yatak, bir açık mutfak ve salon bütün ihtiyaçlarımız için yeterli oldu. Önünden sıklıkla minibüsler de geçiyor, huzurlu münzevi bir konaklama için tercih edebilirsiniz, toplu taşıma y da arabayla 10-15 dakikada beachlere de erişebilirsiniz. Ayrıca yavru kedi misafirimiz de vardı:) Şiddetle tavsiye edilir.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was a great size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of much needed shade throughout the day, as well as sunny areas. The living area was comfortable and spacious and as a keen cook, I found the kitchen to be really well equipped, it had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic, he couldn’t have been more helpful, he was on hand to deal with any issues but never intrusive. We loved the welcome goodies provided for us, that was a lovely and generous surprise. We’d definitely return to the villa if we come back to this area in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It’s a great location only a short drive from Aiya Napa. We did see public transport but would recommend getting a hire car. The villa was exactly as described, the pool definitely being the highlight which was perfect for us and our two young children. When we needed to contact the host they were very quick in responding and also allowed us a late check out on the last day which was greatly appreciated. Overall would highly recommend this villa, it felt safe for our family, very clean and great location.

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

Ev, tatil için gelenler açısından oldukça avantajlı bir lokasyonda yer alıyor. Merit oteller bölgesine arabayla sadece 3-4 dakikalık mesafede olması en buyuk avantajlardan biri. Ev son derece temiz, özenle döşenmiş ve oldukça konforluydu. Mutfakta ve banyoda ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey düşünülmüş; tüm ev aletleri ve kişisel bakım ürünleri eksiksizdi. Konaklamamız sırasında gece saat 23.30 civarında ani bir su kesintisi yaşadık. Böyle bir saatte sorun yaşamak bizi endişelendirmişti ama ev sahibi Beyhan Hanım durumu hızlıca çözüme kavuşturdu. Gece geç saatte, ekibiyle birlikte gelip müdahale etmesi gerçekten takdire şayandı. Bu yaklaşımı sayesinde rahatımız hiç bozulmadı. Genel olarak evden ve ev sahibinin ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Attentive and friendly hostess, beautiful house, it was convenient for me to the University of Cyprus, the house has everything you need for living.

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

Our apartment was exactly what we wanted for our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, it also had 2 delightful balconies to sit and chill. The location was perfect for our needs, visiting relatives and touring. Magusa is a great place to explore history and enjoy authentic food. Alkan was quick to respond to our communications. His parents, which we had the pleasure of meeting (Feride/Enver) were also at hand if we needed anything. In all, very nice place and very nice people.

The flat is very spacious and in a perfect location in Larnaca. Nicolas was very reactive too

Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

The apartment was wonderful with all the comforts—you truly felt at home. The decoration was unique and creative! The host was welcoming and available for anything we needed.

Our family (mom, dad, almost 4-year old) stayed for about 10 days at this location and were grateful for the opportunity. The accommodations were exactly what we expected as per the descriptions given us and after a little while our little one kept referring to it as our “temporary home”. The owner’s were attentive, but not intrusive, and were very helpful when it came to understanding the local culture by offering advice on places we could go. The local experience was welcoming, safe, historical, and active. We walked everywhere, as we were close to the some amazing historical sites but could find taxis readily available if needed to take us to places further away and they weren’t terribly expensive. We did not go out to eat often but found local markets with fresh produce, groceries, fish, and meats , and spent many nights cooking for ourselves in our temporary home. That said, there were plenty of restaurants and we made sure to try the cuisines famous in the area.

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Everything was great. Wi-Fi worked perfect. Plenty of free parking nearby and only about a 15-20 minute walk to town. Would stay here again.
