Paisible et spacieux. C'était parfait.

The gite was great, it was very clean with plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. The countryside location is lovely. It is conveniently located for visiting D day beaches and Bayeux and easy to get to Caen ferry port. Veronique and Thierry were very welcoming and quick to respond to any queries we had. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

We cannot say enough good things about Christian’s Chateau! The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful and made for a very peaceful start to our month long Europe trip. We loved greeting their horse and chickens each day and waking up in the bucolic countryside. It was the perfect gateway to Normandy and had everything you could possibly need for a memorable stay. The bedrooms were huge and beyond comfortable and you literally have an entire castle to yourself which makes you feel like royalty! The decor is whimsical and Victorian and adds to the charm and homeyness Christian certainly treated us like royalty too; he answered all of our questions in a timely manner, gave great area recommendations, and even left us a basket of delicious croissants for lunch! We relished the peace and quiet of this Airbnb and feeling like we could truly rest and escape the hustle and bustle. Thanks for being an amazing host and making our time in France so wonderful, Christian! :)

Logement très spacieux, très bien équipé et accueillant. Quelques chocolats nous attendaient à l’arrivée: nous avons trouvé cette petite attention très délicate. Le logement était parfaitement équipé pour un long séjour. Idéal pour un long séjour.

Petite maison très chaleureuse, bien décorée et très propre. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. La cuisine est bien équipée, les lits sont confortables, l'environnement est très calme. Jérôme avait allumé le poêle pour notre arrivée, si bien que la maison était à bonne température. Nous étions quatre amies et nous avons passé une très agréable soirée. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Amazing place to stay, lovely owner and beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Relatively close to a lot of touristic sites if you are by car. Would love to stay another time, we enjoyed our time here so much!

Bonne communication avec elle ! l’appartement est top, tous les produits de base sont mis à disposition ce qui rend le début de séjour hyper facile, lLa vue de l’appartement est juste magnifique, L’appartement en lui-même est très fonctionnel, la propreté est irréprochable, le lit est génial ! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement !

We found Miline’s place perfect for us. Four nights in Bayeux with our son and his wife. Great access to the American Cemetery, walking distance to the Cathedral and the Tapestry and so many wonderful fun restaurants and cafes. The kitchen was just right for our breakfasts and the grocery close by provided the pastries and fruit for our morning meal. We bought flowers at Arts and Fluers that were just right for the graveside ceremony . Everything we needed for our planned time in Bayeux. A town so worth visiting !

Très bel appartement, très bien situé et très bien équipé. Au calme avec une vue magnifique. Marianne est une ôte disponible et sympathique. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de Langrune/mer et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was flawlessly cleaned and really comfortable. The bathroom shower is particularly great and we enjoyed the view of town from the balcony and the farms out the back window. The place made for a great home base while we explored some of the surrounding area in Normandy. Would recommend!

Ein perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub mitten in der Stadt. Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase, wo man Kaffe trinken und lesen kann. Wenn man auf die Straße rausgeht ist man entweder gleich in der Innenstadt oder kann sich die Burg oder das Schloss anschauen. Auch die Wohnung ist Super-ruhig und auch ein bisschen größer als ich es erst über die Bilder angenommen habe. Besonders gemütlich war die zweite Etage mit dem Bett. Alles war sehr sauber und gut aufgeräumt. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Guillaume ist immer erreichbar falls was sein sollte. Vielen Dank!

l'appartement de Marc est une perle rare, une vue imprenable, très bien équipé et décoré. l'accueil de Joëlle, sa maman à été bien agréable, nous recommandons.

Good location in the centre of town close to everything (including Juno Beach Centre). On the third floor so lots of stair climbing. Apartment is small but cute and the sofa bed is very comfortable.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and the amazing architecture of the town. Shops, bars & restaurants are nearby, but not too close to disturb the peace.

Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé, à 2 pas de la plage, mais aussi à 5 min d'une petite supérette/café /commerces. Pour les marcheurs plus aguéris, la gare se situe à 30 min et le centre-ville à 25 min à pieds par la plage. Olivier nous a chaleureusement accueilli en personne et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Villers-sur-mer est une station balnéaire très agréable et familiale.

We are fortunate enough to travel a lot, and this was one of our favorite stays ever. Exactly as described and it just worked out great. Hope to stay again someday!

Yannick has a wonderful property located perfectly in the center of Bayeux. It is an older building with a lot of character so I would recommend packing what you need in a duffel bag as a suitcase would be a struggle. Yannick also alerted us to the free car park nearby which saved us money and worry of where to park. The only minor thing I would say could be easily improved would be maybe better/more pillows. Overall it was fantastic value for what we paid - highly recommend.

Excellent spot - Two things when you head up the exterior hallway it smells a tad moldy but that smell is NOT in the apartment. 2nd the directions say to enter the green door - sure enough there are two green doors - yours is the first, it’s dark and I’m old 😂 Place was in excellent condition, easy walk to all kinds of great food, the cathedral and the main tour operators. Highly recommend it.

L’appartement est absolument sublime, décoré avec soin, et avec une vue dont on rêverait tous les jours ! Les équipements sont de très bonne qualité, nous n’avons manqué de rien et les petites attentions laissées ont été très appréciées 😁 Anne Charlotte a été réactive et la communication tres agréable, merci !
