Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cau Kho

We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

호스트가 밤늦은 시간에 체크인하는중에 연락했는데도 너무나 친철하게 안내해주어서 불편함이 전혀 없었음. 집도 너무 청결하고 용품들이 잘 준비되어 있었고 부이비엔까지 도보 5분안에 갈수 있음. 타운하우스가 넓어서 생활하기 편하였고 1층에 식당에 무척 잘 되어있음.

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of four, each with our own clean, comfy studio. The Japanese-inspired design was a refreshing change, especially the tatami-style touches. Three rooms had mini kitchens; Ebi didn’t, but had a water dispenser, which was super handy, and saved us from having to buy cartons of water. The garden at the back was a great gathering spot for us at night, though we wished it had more comfortable seating with backrests or moveable chairs from the rooms. We also encountered a minor hiccup with the ceiling fan in the common area not working, which could have been checked beforehand. Location was quiet and private. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Some downsides: Rooms lacked blackout curtains, especially Ebi, and all rooms could hear early morning tennis games—soundproofing would help. Also, facial tissues weren’t in rooms and were only available on request. Overall, it was a well-curated stay, we'd definitely recommend it!

Had an awesome stay here over the Reunification holiday weekend! The place was super spacious, perfect for groups and right in the heart of Saigon. We could easily walk to all the main spots, and the city was so alive with celebrations. The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to chill out after exploring, and the common areas were great for hanging out together. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze, even with all the holiday buzz. If you’re looking for a central spot in Saigon that’s perfect for a group, this is it. Would definitely stay here again!

Phoenix’s place was perfect for us. Between the location, the cleanliness, the layout, and the communication, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Each room has its own bathroom. The AC was a welcome treat after walking in the summer heat. There were tons of restaurants and cafes to choose from right down the street. I worked remotely for a week and the Wi-Fi worked just fine. This Airbnb was our home base for a week and it was perfect!

Vey nice house and I love it

Great place and staff. I had a great stay. The location is in a really nice area but is a little far from public transit and shops.

The home was clean, modern and exactly as described. Check in was easy. Only thing is we didn’t have remotes available to use the living room or bedroom TV. Scheduling to find a time to find/replace the remote was difficult since we were out of the home most of the days exploring. Otherwise, it was a great stay overall. A short grab ride away from major attractions!

这是我第一次使用Airbnb，体验非常好。 很幸运第一次使用就遇上这个可靠的房东。他非常贴心，我凌晨1:00到达胡志明，他让我提前入住。并且，去的时候，恰逢越南的重大节日-解放日，房东没有大幅涨价。 房子的位置非常好，就在范五老街旁边，出行、购物、吃饭、休闲娱乐都方便。 房子的外观比较老，但是内部装修非常温馨、简洁，应有尽有，包括冰箱、空调、厨具、各种洗漱物品等等。 房东还能提供额外的帮助，比如说介绍本地的美食、攻略等等，有问必答，回复及时。 要说缺点的话，房子临街，晚上可能有大巴停靠或车辆经过，会有一点声音，睡眠不好的人，需要注意。

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days. The city view from the living room was a highlight, especially at night. It’s a great place for 3-4 people, and the location made it easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay again.

Wendy was the sweetest! She came and met us during our check in and offered to look after our bags so we could grab something to eat since the unit was not ready when we arrived. The original unit we booked had an issue so Wendy made last minute arrangements for us to get moved to a similar unit to the building next door. She checked in on us from time to time and made sure we had a comfortable stay. She even sent a guidebook which came in very handy for us. The unit is equipped with everything we need and was perfect for our group. We slept comfortably and the building facilities were also great. Make sure to buy drinking water before coming here since the unit we stayed on did not come with a water dispenser. Overall, our group had a very nice stay.

Great apartment walkable distance to restaurants , convenience stores and main attractions. Being located in District One means tours will pick you up out front which is super convenient. Host really responsive ; kindly gave us a late check out for a small fee.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is good, in a pretty quiet area and only a short car trip (5-10min) to district 1. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We had a few minor hiccups with the place but the hosts were responsive and resolved everything very quickly.

Great 3-bedroom apartment that was perfect for our family. Super spacious, clean, and the beds were really comfy. Had everything we needed for our stay. The location was super convenient, right next to District 1, so it was easy to get around. There’s a 7/11 and lots of shops and food option right downstairs, which made things really easy. The host was super friendly and responsive throughout. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

호스트의 응답도 빠르고, 간결하고 편한 숙소입니다. 특히 어린 아이와의 여행에서 낮은 메트리스에서 수면이 가능해서 편안히 잘 수 있었습니다. 주변 롯데마트나 7군, 1군 이동도 가까운 편이고 숙소 건물내에 편의점도 있어 편리합니다.

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!
