Trevi and his son manage the place 24/7. Though sometimes it becomes harder to reach out the host, she does reply during the normal hours. The place is located in the heart of the city and she also helps you book the tours if you want to. If asked, she'll make you a heavy and tasty breakfast. Things to note :- No elevator so be ready to climb 2/3/4 floors in a narrow staircase. Bathroom is small . Please ask the son for water bottles for your stay if you're uncomfortable drinking normal purified water. But overall an amazing spot to explore the city and an amazing mother son duo to host it.

아날로그와 디지털이 공존하는 도어락 시스템이 신선했습니다. 조식은 괜찮았고, 수영장도 좋았습니다. 호스트 분의 응답도 친절했으며, 숙소도 깨끗이 관리되고 있다는 것이 확인되었습니다. 가격대비 이런 숙소는 흔치 않다 느꼈습니다. 다시 하노이를 온다면 재방문 의사 있습니다.

A staying with a local family

Chuyến đi tới Hà Nội ngắn ngày của mình đã rất ý nghĩa nhờ vào sự giúp đỡ và ấm áp của chị Lily. Mình đã được chị đón tiếp nồng nhiệt và chị như một người chị trong gia đình mình vậy. Chị chuẩn bị rất chu đáo và đầy đủ những vật dụng cần thiết trong phòng. Đặc biệt là phòng tắm có chun buộc tóc, bvs, khăn giấy rất đầy đủ cho bạn nữ. Chị cũng đã dẫn mình đi 1 vòng Hà Nội và mình rất hứng thú với lượng kiến thức của chị. Mình rất biết ơn và hạnh phúc vì được đến trú tại nhà chị dịp này. Mọi người có dịp ghé Hà Nội ngắn ngày và solo thì mình rất recommend nơi cư trú này nhé. Đảm bảo bạn sẽ có được những giây phút rất tuyệt vời trong hành trình du lịch của mình!

The neighborhood is quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep, and it is conveniently located close to the bus stop, making it easy to travel around every day. Myself and 2 friends stayed at Hanoi Little hotel on two occasions during our trip to Hanoi. We did not get the room we had booked but we were notified before hand and the hotel provided a free airport transfer in lieu of this. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful, and provided us with excellent advice on tours which they booked for us in Hanoi. Rooms were clean and neat. Check whether breakfast is included - ours wasn't. Overall we had a good stay here. Would definitely recommend it.
