Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Cát Hải

The unit does have a wonderful view and the gym/pool are very nice. The fees appear high on the hotel website, but the host is able to make it much more affordable. Similarly, both pools and the gym are very handy/easy to get to from the residence building. The host is very responsive and wants to help wherever she can. The area is undergoing a lot of development and there was still some repairs/restoration happening in February from the September 2024 storm, but the local area is working very hard to get things up and running. The kitchen is minimally equipped, but makes for an adequate breakfast and lunch facility. The A la carte restaurant is expensive for the area. Keep in mind that the unit is not a true one bedroom. Rather, it is a bachelor suite or hotel room with a kitchenette. There is no table at which to eat. Stay away from the taxis outside the hotel, use Grab.

I would highly recommend this unit for an overnight (or longer) stay in Ha Long Bay. It's spacious and beautiful inside, and in a great location for touring the city. Kane is a very friendly and helpful host, he quickly greeted us to help us check in once we arrived. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience!

We had a lovely stay in the cozy apartment. You have a great view of Halong Bay and all the necessary facilities (mini market, restaurants, ATM) in close proximity. Also, it is very easy to get a taxi in the area (via GRAB). When we had to shorten our stay due to changing plans, that wasn't a problem, which we were very grateful for!

Duc is very responsive, the place is clean, well-maintained and premium. The only issue that we face is the parking for car due to the building system but our host is very supportive. Love this stay and highly recommended for you guys to book his place!

Huyen's condo was very clean with lots of space. The huge bathroom has a tub as well as a shower. The view is extraordinary. The bed was luxuriously comfortable and there were even robes in the closet. Huyen was very communicative and helpful. She helped us arrange a ride back to Hanoi, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. We'd definitely stay again.

Great host. Great response rate. Super clean. Everythign works great. There is nothing to do in May in that area and grab motorbikes or food delivery is not a thing. I think there is an other app but I'm not sure what it it is. But it was a great stay regardless.

We had a lovely 2-day-1-night stay at Tonkin Ha Long. The apartment is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in a cozy Rustic-Indochine style. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony with both sea and mountain views – perfect for relaxing or taking photos.

Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)

Had a wonderful month at this place. I liked everything! There are many shops with everything you need and a lot of restaurants around. It's easy to find a taxi. The apartment is great for remote work. There is at least one desk that can be occupied by a laptop, and ultra high-speed internet. From the windows there is a beautiful view of the bay, the rocks can also be seen. The hostess carefully warned that most of the shops would be closed during the New Year's celebration, so we had the opportunity to buy groceries in advance. Thanks Giang for the hospitality ❤️

The room is beautiful and clean, the photo is even more beautiful than the photos, the host responds quickly, the view is too beautiful, if there is a microwave, that's good. 10đ

Perfect extended stay! Huyen is an EXCEPTIONAL, business-savvy host that works tirelessly to ensure every aspect of your stay is pleasant. No sewage smells; yes: hot, strong water flow, consistent WIFI and all of your kitchen items. Ideal stay for peace, during low-volume months. The unit is spotless; furniture and fixtures are not worn down. The complex was built in the last 2 years, and is maintained. PROS VERY quiet; not many people staying in the hotel, & there are not any other active hotels nearby- everything is being developed. But you will not hear any construction. Corner unit. PLENTY of taxis waiting downstairs. Black out curtains Outdoor exercise area on the lake Local vendor market for fresh produce 5 minute ride CONS Closest major grocery store (Big C and MMegamart are 25 minute ride over the bridge to the city) Small refrigerator if you cook frequently Music is VERY loud during weddings & gatherings; usually last 3pm-10pm. Hallways echo; guests' kids are noisy

Kat was so helpful! She made sure we were able to locate the home, that check-in was easy, and that we had all we needed during our stay. She had recommendations for food, transportation and translation services. The home is beautiful and in a quaint little resort area. I would highly recommend Kat and her home.

Amazing place in the heart of the city :)

The villa is huge and good for group travelling. The host was very friendly and warming welcome us. You can ask him for supplying coal to do BBQ at night. We enjoy our stay very much and strongly recommended this place

There were 11 of us and we had a great weekend that was worth the price we paid. The host was responsive and gave us good recommendations! The mention that the pool requires an additional fee could have been more prominent, but other than that we have no complaints.
