Holiday rentals with a patio in Cat Ba

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Tal auf Càt Ba. Das Essen war reichhaltig und sehr gut, vom Frühstück bis zu den Getränken und dem Abendessen. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst nett und die Unterkunft kann einen Shuttle Service organisieren. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder besuchen!

Such a pretty place! A beautiful stay with a nice view and a great location. Downstairs is a restaurant and pool and you can rent scooters for a great price. Definitely recommend

We had a truly wonderful stay at Yen Hidden Valley. The room was exceptional, you could not beat the view over the pool and into the valley. The aircon worked so well I had to put on a sweater at night. This gem is tucked away from the hustle and bustle and construction and exhaust fumes from the city center, this place was tranquil and a needed respite from the chaos nearby while still being very accessible by scooter or taxi. We have to say the service was second to none. We had help from Ania before arrival, she was so helpful in answering any and all questions we had. On arrival we were collected and greeted by Huy who is an absolute gem. Night and day he was able to assist with anything we needed, there at breakfast and dinner, always able to arrange whatever we needed. Extra towels, corkscrew, coconut ice cream- he’s going to help you with it all 10/10!

Everythings is nice and the reception are very friendly

Les hôtes sont très gentils, serviables et souriants. Ils prennent soin de leurs invités. (Par exemple, ils ont proposé d’allumer la climatisation dans nos chambre avant que nous rentrions le soir). Par contre, l’hôtel est assez éloigné du centre et des lieux à voir sur l’île. Il faut donc prendre en compte de louer des scooters. En résumé, ce n’est pas luxueux, mais cela convient amplement pour juste dormir et profiter de l’île la journée. Merci pour ces deux nuits 🫶🏻

bel emplacement à proximité des plages de cat co 1 et 2. plusieurs restaurants à côté et celui du homestay était également très bien.

Lan è stato eccezionale, simpatico e disponibile a rispondere alle nostre molle domande in perfetto inglese. Il posto ha un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente e il problema della posizione non ottimale è risolto dalla facilità con cui si noleggiano gli scooter (la guida non è pericolosa come in altre città del Vietnam perchè le strade sono sempre libere!)

Jack was very friendly and helpful, he responded to messages very quickly. Grey location not far from the Main Street along the front. His wife also did some washing for us at a very reasonable price and we got it back the next morning. Would stay again

Super lovely stay. LAN was very very helpful with organising everything for us from what time our overnight bus would arrive and checkin, to motorbike hire and boat tours. Even organised a bus to pick us up from the boat tour and take us to Hanoi! Heaps of meal options at the homestay. Was about 15 minute drive from the main town but with hiring a motorbike/scooter it was easy. Location a lot quieter than main town not much to do but nice to wake up in the mountains and be out of the busy town. Only a quick drive to national park aswell.

Cat Bai was a beautiful place to stay and Manh's place worked very well for our trip. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early because of a medical emergency, but Manh was incredibly helpful and arranged our transportation and made things very convenient for us. The days we did get to stay there were also very nice, the view from the balcony is exceptional.

What a wonderful stay and what an extraordinary host Lan is ! He took care of everything from airport transfers to organising our tours and being extremely accommodative and super helpful to everyone around ! I know now that if I’d known about this place earlier I would’ve stayed longer but whenever im back in Cat Ba, without a doubt I’ll always be back here ! Absolutely would recommend without a doubt ! Plus the food & coffee here is absolutely 10/10

I had a wonderful stay here. Depends what you're looking for, but after a busy weekend on the Ha Giang loop, it was a peaceful respite as a solo traveller. The room was extremely clean and the host allowed me to check in very early after an overnight bus. Very kind helpful staff. Extremely quiet, in a gorgeous setting. A good 10-15 minute drive from town, which didn't bother me. I felt very safe and content!

great place to stay with family

We had a lovely 2-day-1-night stay at Tonkin Ha Long. The apartment is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in a cozy Rustic-Indochine style. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony with both sea and mountain views – perfect for relaxing or taking photos.

Really nice place. Room is spotless and super comfortable with incredible views. Minh was always on top of communication. Would recommend to anyone staying in Halong Bay Area

Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)

I've stayed in many Airbnbs, but this stands out as one of the best. Kevin and Anna are wonderful hosts who go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The accommodation is decorated to a high standard and looks better than it does in the photos. The view from the 38 floor panoramic window is sublime. Kevin offered to organise a scooter and also a Halong bay 2 day cruise. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do either but if I ever go back to Halong Bay, I will definitely try to book again with Kevin and Anna. I highly recommend both them and their accommodation.
