AL 112006/AL, em Vila Boa, Castro Daire. Esta casa recentemente restaurada, situada numa típica aldeia do interior, mantém a fachada original em pedra, cuja origem remonta ao séc. XVIII. O alojamento tem dois quartos (c/WC) equipados com TV e Ar Condicionado. A cozinha está totalmente equipada com os electrodomésticos e utensílios necessários para poder cozinhar. A sala contígua à cozinha, dispõe de um sofá (sofá-cama) e uma smart tv. Toda a casa está equipada com ar condicionado e WI-FI.

Quinta da Vinha is a gem for nature lovers, beautifully located in the valley of Reriz. The birds and the river which is a 5 min. walk from the property, are the most present sounds. We have a 14mx6m swimming pool with salted water (no chlorine), in a 1400 sm garden, with a lot of shade spots and sunny spots, a barbecue and an amazing view. The small cottage is ideal for a romantic escape, one bedroom and a kitchen/living room with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay.

I pick up at a rural house. Its location within a mountain village, at 850 m altitude and surrounded by a magnificent natural setting, offers from this point, fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, providing a peaceful and relaxing stay. We are close to two Portuguese regions par excellence. The Douro region, to the north and the region of Dão to the south, with the city of Viseu, as a district headquarters, served by the following roadways: A 24 and the mythical EN 2.

BENFEITO COUNTRY HOUSE

My space is in the Village of Campo Benfeito (Villages of Portugal), in the Serra de Montemuro, with granite houses, pure water sources, historical monuments, lots of nature and, above all, very hospitable people. This is where the Montemuro Theater and the Capuchinhas are based. It is about 20 km from the historic city of Lamego and 30 km from the Douro. A lot of people who visit the PAIVA Walkways come here to stay. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
