Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Its great location means you're just 5 minutes away from the most iconic monuments and the tapas area. Excellent and cozy apartment, very centrally located, close to both local transports, restaurants and shops.

We loved the house. To access you have to travel a dirt track that in some stretches is somewhat narrow, but it is well circulated. The area is super quiet, ideal to disconnect, and the house, although small, is cozy and perfect for two people. We loved the silence, the view from the patio and how beautiful the house in general is (even more than in photos). Even with rain all weekend, it was a beautiful experience.

Perfect little house to spend a few quiet days, it has all the necessary amenities: pool, lawn, tranquility, good temperature... The perfect bathroom and Ernesto was very kind to us and our dogs.

We had a great time at Gema's place. We loved the area and returning every night to our "borrowed" house has been a pleasure. Phenomenal the attention and care Gema gave us.

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

The apartment is very comfortable, the rooms are good, it has a good terrace and is very close to the old town of Ávila, in a very quiet area. Communication with the owner has been smooth and respectful. This is the third time I've stayed in one of his apartments and if I have to go back to Ávila, I'll definitely trust him again.

We had a lovely two-week stay in Madrid, using this apartment as our home base. Located right on Plaza Mayor, with lovely views out the doors and from the balcony, this is a fabulous location. We were concerned about noise being a problem, but it really just showed the life in the Plaza and was quiet by midnight. We opted to eat off the plaza most meals, as there are better options and more affordable (less touristy). Easy to get to many parts of Madrid from this location, whether by walking, catching the train/subway, or getting a taxi. The apartment is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and living room. Beds and bathrooms were nice too. We highly recommend this for families and groups visiting Madrid!

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's service. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Very convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight his attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. We needed a place to stay for a single night that was close to the train station but still wanted to be able to enjoy the city and see some friends. This apartment was absolutely perfect! Fit our needs and was exactly as described. Easy to check in and we had a great experience. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Oscar’s beautiful house. It’s in a perfect location right by the river, and the house is enormous, much bigger than we anticipated. The bonus was the huge garden which was perfect for relaxing on sunny mornings. Oscar was super communicative and flexible with us and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Thanks again Oscar!

We are a group of friends, we took a weekend to disconnect and it was a success. The house is very spacious, clean and inviting. The garden and the pool are 10. We felt very comfortable and Ruth was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect. She even prepared the pool earlier than usual so we could enjoy it. A delight. We will definitely repeat.

The house is beautiful, the pool is great and Frank is very kind. Celebrating my birthday with my whole family was great. We had a wonderful weekend.

A magnificent place beautifully restored. Lovely grounds with an outdoor kitchen area under cover and the pool an added bonus. The views were just fabulous. Elena responded quickly to every message. Hopefully we will return for longer next time .

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very kind and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.
