I am renting my newly tastefully decorated house in a quiet area of Lectoure, not overlooked, a 10-min walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the casino. All comforts offline... find your peace of mind! Three-seater sofa, armchair, equipped kitchen, induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, dishes, various appliances (toaster, kettle, coffee machine... etc). No wifi, no TV, just a screen to view. North-facing terrace facing the countryside

For a tourist stay, work, or a travel stop, this home is in a great location. 10kms from Lectoure. 25 minutes from Agen. 30 mins to Walygator Sud-ouest Park. The apartment is on the first floor (staircase) in a quiet area. Several parking lots a few meters away. Hikers on the Camino de Compostela, 2 retired couples, Philippe's accommodation was a base camp for us for a few days. The accommodation included two suites, one with a bathroom and toilet each separate from the bedroom. The second included an office overlooking the bedroom which had private access to a bathroom with toilet. The living area includes a large, well-equipped kitchen with a table for 6. It opens onto a living room and lounge. The kitchen overlooks a beautiful terrace through which we enter.

Very pleasant stay at Sophie's despite bad weather. The place is very beautiful and well maintained, a real Noah's arch. Our only comment would be to specify that the room in which the second kitchen is located is attached to the guest house but does not have direct access to the guest house, so you have to leave the house to get to this room. Its proximity to the pool is still a charming room! For the rest, the accommodation is tastefully decorated and is very well equipped. Sophie was very friendly and gave good advice. We had the chance to taste its lemon drizzle, a lemon cake with the typical British recipe, like Sophie. One of the best we've tasted so far! We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.
