The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

La struttura , in passato era una stalla , è stata ristrutturata in stile Rustico , mantenendo però la vera essenza delle case dei pastori.All'interno troverete un atmosfera suggestiva ,con camino ,cucina in muratura , e arredamenti lavorati a mano . Dalla finestra della stanza da letto , si mostrano con tutta la loro bellezza , le Cave di marmo . Fuori si trova una zona relax

Sempervirens - Lovely house in the hills

Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.
