We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise war sehr gut, die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und sich selbst auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar 1h früher einchecken. Uns wurde alles in und um das Haus gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten + Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren wichtig und haben auch gut funktioniert. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist schön groß und top gepflegt. Auch der große Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Die Gastgeber, die ca. 50m neben an wohnen, haben sich jeden morgen um den Pool gekümmert und geprüft ob dort alles okay ist. Die Anfahrt war auch relativ einfach. Ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt zum Haus gibt es einen großen Coop Supermarkt, wo wir einkaufen waren. Das Meer ist auch nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub als 6 Personen Gruppe voll genossen!

Our family of four (with two teenagers) had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of space and slept comfortably. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the design is one of a kind. Mario was a thoughtful, responsive host. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. If you are visiting Sorano, I highly recommend Mario’s place!

Our stay in Pitigliano was incredible! Check-in was super easy, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful—guiding us with parking, luggage, and making sure we felt right at home. They even recommended the BEST restaurant in town! After two weeks in Italy, I can confidently say this charming city had the best service, most welcoming staff, and hands down the most delicious food—those sausages were unforgettable! There was a bit of noise in the master bedroom since the wall connects to the restaurant next door, but thankfully the apartment had a second bedroom where we could place our light-sleeping toddler, and it worked out perfectly. Pitigliano is such a unique gem, and our stay made it even more memorable. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

Spectacular view as pictured. Since the apartment is located in the historic center, you need to park at a parking lot a little outside the center (which is the case for all the apartments in the area). Apartment was overall more spacious than expected. Although the balcony was quite narrow, the beautiful view made up for it. Location was convenient to walk to many shops and restaurants.

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in Andreas Ferienhaus verbracht – es war einfach traumhaft! Das Haus ist wunderschön, blitzsauber, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Der Garten ist ein blühendes Paradies und der private Strand lädt zum Entspannen und Baden ein. Unsere Kinder und auch unser Hund haben sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Schon bei der Anreise hat uns Andrea persönlich begrüßt – herzlich und aufmerksam. Er hat uns das Ferienhaus gezeigt, alles in Ruhe erklärt und uns gleich mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Andrea ist ein Gastgeber, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann: herzlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und unglaublich sympathisch – auch im Umgang mit unseren Kindern und unserem Hund. Wir sind zu 100 % zufrieden und freuen uns jetzt schon riesig auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Es war ein absoluter Traum – vielen, vielen Dank, lieber Andrea.
