The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

In San Marco area on Venice and everything you could want to do in Venice. Apartment was clean and well organized with a fabulous view of the canal and gondolas. Laundry was located on the top floor and my children really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Venise. Le logement est très propre, parfaitement situé, et vraiment bien équipé, il dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse, ce qui est très pratique. L’arrêt de bus pour se rendre à Venise est à une minute à pied, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements. L’hôte a été toujours disponible, très gentil et extrêmement flexible, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter Venise dans les meilleures conditions !

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

Wonderful stay at the riverside suite. Our bus was delayed , yet the host was kind enough to wait up late for us and show us around past check in time. It was the nicest apartment we have stayed in, over our 9 days travelling throughout Italy. The pool is about a 20 minute walk away, but has plenty of loungers and is very clean.

Great stay. Super well located, near everything but in a peaceful surrounding, away from the intense activity of the center. We loved the place, very well decorated. Mirco provided lots of local recommendations, very useful. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggsge before check in. We loved it!

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Pamela’s Airbnb was perfect for our mother-daughter trip to Venice! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from charming cafes, beautiful canals, and all the sights we wanted to explore. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. Pamela was a kind and thoughtful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

If you are even thinking about Lorenzo’s place, do not hesitate! His home is so beautiful and quaint. He has everything you need. He made us feel at home and was very helpful with ideas of places to eat, grocery stores and places to see. There were three of us ladies traveling from the US and he made us feel safe and secure. He responds very quickly to messages and we had no issues at all with his place. His home is very neat and clean. We felt safe walking throughout the neighborhood. If my travels ever take me back to Venice, I will definitely stay at Lorenzo’s place! The tram and bus stops are within walking distance from his home. The airport is about 15 minutes drive away and Venice Mestre, the train station is about a 10 minutes drive away. You will not regret staying at Lorenzo’s place. I would rate him higher is they had more than 5 stars!! He is definitely a “Super” super host!!

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Bonjour Alessandro, Merci encore pour ce merveilleux séjour ! Le logement était parfait : très propre, spacieux et agréable à vivre. Les chambres sont grandes, il y a suffisamment de place pour tout le monde — on s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison. L’accueil était chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme tout en étant proche de tout. La ligne de bus 6, à quelques minutes à pied, nous a permis de rejoindre Venise facilement en moins de 15 minutes — très pratique ! Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter. Encore merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Bien a vous!

Struttura molto pulita ed accogliente con tutti i servizi! In caso di dubbi o perplessità è stato sempre attivo, peccato esserci stato solo per una notte perché era come essere a casa! We loved staying there. It was super close to the train station to Venice. It was beautiful, clean and super quiet. It had everything we needed, and lots of space! I would definitely recommend Manuela’s place if you’re looking to go to Venice, but you want somewhere a little quieter and out of the way!

Such a great AirBnb experience! The location was in a central area and exactly what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and the management so helpful! They helped arranged our transportation to and from the condo which took a lot of stress off on me to figure out transfers! Highly recommend!

This place was exactly as described and the host gave incredibly helpful directions before we arrived, including videos, and there were clear directions in the apartment. Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Monica was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. She left us a lovely welcome gift and plenty of snacks and beverages. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. During our stay we visited Venice, Bolzano, Belluno, Asolo, Vichenza and Padua. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay! Thanks Monica!

Andrea was a wonderful host. He provided great information to make arrival smooth and easy, was always responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave advice on dealing with a train strike scheduled for the day of departure. This was a great place to stay. The apartment is beautiful. It is just a few minutes walk from some of the main attractions in town and also very close to the nearest water taxi stop. But even with the prime location, it was a very quiet place to sleep.

Silvia was the most helpful and responsive host I've ever had, and I've stayed at many Airbnb places. Her apartment was absolutely pristine - you could literally eat your dinner off the floor! - and so bright and airy. There was plenty of room, and lots of closet and storage space. The views were wonderful, and there was such a sense of spaciousness and light, which can be hard to find in Venice. AC was included and was very effective. Silvia sent us lots of recommendations for secret, untouristy spots known only to locals, which were all brilliant, and she was so quick to respond and so keen to go out of her way to help. The only tiny drawback is that there is no elevator and six flights of stairs, but it was the perfect excuse to work off that pasta! The Canareggio area of Venice is the least touristy and yet so close to everything - this really was the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!
